Unfortunately, that doesn't help much. Shiyoma has several crossbreed tickets and all of them have different mutation allowances on them. I would confirm with them their ticket number before doing anything else.

I have found the ticket. It is CB091 and I am confirming that it comes with the following:

+ Unlimited red mutations + 1 purple mutation + 1 Godly trait

Now, while I see that the ticket is in your possession, we unfortunately do not have proof of the transfer. Please tell Shiyoma to note @aermereaheaven with the transfer details for our logs. Until then, the ticket is not officially under your name.

Very sorry for all the trouble! The system is in place to prevent ticket scamming and I assure you that everybody has to go through the same process.

I see in a previous comment (which I can no longer find) that you wanted to use the ticket on a pre-existing character. That is fine but the approval has to officially go through our AermereaHaven account if you do not have a discord.
