This guy is pretty old, I'd say somewhere between his 60's and early 70's. I'm still working on his backstory which I need to put on his profile but here's a bit of information about him for now:
1) Is he content with how he's living now? Not really, as he's a pretty grumpy older guy who doesn't do much. After his wife passed, he hasn't really been up for social interactions or anything fun.
2. What does he think of who he was in the past compared to now? He regrets not doing many things with his wife before she passed, and he's definitely a different person. In the past he'd probably be a lot more well-known for being kind instead of currently being seen as introverted and easily upset.
He's one part of a group of music-themed ocs I'll be posting(with him being based on the piano)! He's the only one of them up on my page at the moment but I'll be adding the others soon :)
As we all know, life doesn't stop after your 20s. But it's not too common to see characters who are 30+ Show me your characters who are a little older then the norm.

Benji doesn't have a set age, but as you might be able to tell, he's well beyond 30.
Are they content with how they're living now?
Pretty content, for the most part! He's consistently making enough money to get by, which is more than he could say for the majority of his life. He's also found something he's good at: establishing connections and doing business with people. Aside from that, he has a family of sorts, they're technically his employees/students, but he thinks of them like nephews/grandsons (and one son). They're a lively bunch, and so is he; he really enjoys their company! The one thing that's missing is his husband, Stanley. They're both still married and alive, but their jobs get in the way of them being able to see each other.
What do they think of who they were in the past compared to now?
He'd probably say it's not so much him who changed, but the environment around him. His upbringing isn't something he talks about, but it wasn't... ideal. Being able to be out on his own with Stanley was a lot better, but they were often broke and had to put up with a lot of discriminatory practices. After they accidentally wound up in Jiyukoku State, they didn't have to worry as much about that stuff anymore, and from there, Benji was able to thrive more than ever.
There is also his #1 employee and son-like boy, Kenji, who is in his late 20's at the start of the series, but ages into 30 by the middle of it. I'd answer his questions as if he was 30+, but that gets into some spoiler territory, so I won't.
She may not look like it, but Fey’s actually 39 and she’s also the mayor of this little town full of kemonomimi folks!
Fey just has a severe case of baby face syndrome.
Her entire profile is finished, so more can be read about her there! She has just a bit of angst in her backstory.

earle is a werwolf and both he and clayton are rootin tootin cowboys living their best lives in the wild west.
they're both super content with their current lives, thought Earle is always worried about outliving Clayton.
Earle definitely hates who he was in the past, but he's moved on since then.
I have my cat character I have yet to post. His name is Fishtail and he's pretty much an old man in his 80s. Despite being so young sometimes playing an old guy rambling on and having fun has its charm. He has serious memories issues and doesn't remember most of his life. He is basically like a football dad with the screaming support. He is very happy with himself and what he is doing though he sometimes gets sad about all he has lost with his lost ability of remembering back far.
He is in his late 40s early 50s (skyrim oc) He's a bosmer and used to agree with the aldmeri dominion. His views changed in his later years
He is NOT content with his life. His wife is horrible, his oldest kids are just as bad and trying to protect his youngest from them. Dying in the process due to his treachery to the aldmeri dominion (being an imperial spy for 11 years). as a summary
Dr. Cal is one of fav oldies so far, he’s in his 40s/50s :] Despite early hardships he’s pretty content with his life now (Be warned he’s an unethical doc so his content may not be niceu for some peeps!)
