all of my (original) ocs are involved with crime because of the city they live in but here are the ones currently up on toyhou.se

ryder is famous for stealing things from large spaceship corporations. also trespassing
kid is involved with many other criminals. she has also committed theft, trespassing/breaking and entering, faking an identity/identity theft and stealing classified information as part of her job
asher trespasses, breaks n entering and steals stuff all the time. for no reason, either. he doesn't need any of the stuff. no one can do anything about it because he's a ghost. also cannibalism bc Mmm flesh.
vido used to blackmail criminals so he wouldn't tell other criminals or police about what they've done.

Shaelon is a con artist who flatters/flirts with people to get them to buy his placebo potions. He can make real potions, but doesn't sell them because he's just a jerk like that (and it's less profitable to use real ingredients).

Addie here ended up in juvi after a whooooooooooole lot of shoplifting, pickpocketing, and making profit off stolen goods and such. ^^; She hasn't exactly learned her lesson after being released, but she does it less frequently and way more carefully if she does at all.

Hardcore theif, ranging from pickpocketing to scamming to shoplifting. Also a catfish.

sheryl is my only criminal. she used to be in a gang and things went too far

Alec also landed in juvi (where he met Addie), although he got there for stealing a car and causing some pretty serious property damage with it. He ended up staying there a bit longer too because he had a rather violent temper and would get into fights frequently, but he's doing his best to keep his life clean now that he's out.

Most likely to be running some sort of shady hotel? Lico has that down. (I really don't want to know what kinda shit goes down at this hotel...)

Typical teenage hooligan? Nick has been in trouble for shoplifiting as well as fights.

Sidel used to get in fights till he started MMA fighting. Now he's to mellow to hurt anyone outside the ring.

Zair came down from his sacred mountain and was corrupted by humans, mostly in general. But he did do drugs, steal, and participate in similar things, because he didn't understand the world below his mountain.

Shia has killed a lot of people... he is The Almighty and has a temper...

Issha has had some run ins for public disturbance. He maintains he is innocent.

Kes (OFCOURSE) has been arrested for public indecency. 

Annnnd that's everyone I can think of right now.

He's actually in prison for abducting adults! He thought it woud fix his condition.

first i got Xanax here, she basically is incharge of the blackmarket of the Reborn region(known as 7th Street), but she herself is more tied into the drug related aspects of the place as she's a Pokemon most of the stuff people want (Rare Candies, X Items, etc.) don't actually affect her at all so she just sells all of what she gets her hands on or trades it. She also coud be considered an accomplis into the murder of the Reborn region's champion, but that's too long of a story for here.

then i got Dorian and Cat's Eye both are members of an evil organiztion called the Gemstone Gang so the definietly count especially since they are the more higher up ones

finally i have Marilla who is wanted for mass Pokemon Theift and Tax evasion

Ashur is the boss of a crime syndicate. He prides himself on letting others know by every cost possible.

Jackie is another Crime Lord. Who stays in the shadows, but he's done some pretty terrible shit when he was starting out.

Jo works for Ashur and is basically an enforcer. He loves the thrill of killing.

Kenzie has done REAL fucked up shit. Like the things, you wouldn't even dream on your worst enemy. Rape? Mental and physical abuse? You don't want to meet him. Especially not in the pit fights either. 

Mortimor is the Underboss to Jackie. He mostly does spy work, but one in a blue moon, he'll enforce rules upon guys that behave or betray.

Through Micca's body, Ciro uses many kinds of poison to inflict pain and torment upon humans. 

Selton is rich, so he does just about anything he wants, even if he knows it's super illegal.

Okah basically runs Ashur's finances and will murder someone if need be. He tends to swindle people on their money as well. 

Yuzuki basically owns a street gang that he uses to terrorize people who are deserving of it, although he knows it's illegal.

Z is a scout for Ashur, so he's been in places any normal person would get killed for if caught.

Cecilio is starting out in the mafia, so he's done a little... roughing up and other things as initiation.

Ran's killed people (to uh...live...)
So has Vasuki but he's a bit more...um... unforgiving. The doctor has also, obviously, killed people BUT he will also help out anyone...legally or illegally. (He treats a lot of yakuza probably).

Malachi hacks things for money so no doubt he's done illegal things.

Rhys is essentially an underground mob boss SO. Also a nice record of kidnapping, murder, disrupting the peace yanno standard stuff.

Kain - has been arrested and charged with juvenile assault with a deadly weapon when he was in middle/highschool. he basically ran his own hellbaby gang. plus as an adult we got some of your faves like public intoxication, property damage, trespassing, etc
Hope - commonly commits theft, and uses magic to threaten, injure, and occasionally murder people for her own gain. not really a crime, but she's also just manipulative as hell
Vault Hunter - she just commits murder So Much All The Time. she's a sniper assassin.
