Your Daily OC Question! (Updated 10/29)

Not to be confused with my OC question of the day or Papes' OC question of the day! Or my other Shindan thread!

Running an OC question of the day thread is rough because you always want to answer your own questions, but by the time you have the time it's been a week and you have a bunch of other questions! Not to mention that your questions always have to be pretty general: "what's your OCs' favorite colors" is easy enough for someone with 10 OCs, but there are loads of people who have OCs in the triple digits and beyond!

But y'know what's awesome? Shindan is awesome. I spent last night working on a bunch of options and whipped up a Shindan that will ask you a question to a specific OC every day!

Here's how it works! You plug in your username, and you'll be given an OC and a question! Here's an example of what the results look like:

You can answer your questions privately, on an OC blog, wherever you'd like! It'd be rad if you posted your results here, though, so we can all learn about your OCs! Some other notes:

Please let me know if you find any typos or other errors! There are over 500 items in [LIST1] and over 200 in [LIST2] as of posting and I finished this at 3:30 in the morning, so... needless to say, I didn't do much proofreading.
Don't like your question, aren't comfortable with it, just want to answer more questions, or can't answer it because one or both items don't apply to any of your OCs? Tweak the name you enter to get a new one! Change the capitalization, use some nicknames, add some numbers... Shindan will consider them all new names that you can use daily!
Many questions suggest a modern Earth setting, asking about things like the Internet, video games, cars, etc. Just answer them as thought your character existed in such a setting, like what kind of TV shows WOULD they watch if TV existed in their universe? Likewise, if you get a question like "what was your youngest OC like as a kid?," you can reverse it and answer what they'd be like as an adult and vice versa.
The questions vary a lot. Some are comedic, some are serious, some are kind of bummers, some can be answered in one word, and some require a bit of thought. If you got a really short/easy question and you're not satisfied, you're always welcome to try out a different name and go again! The initial batch of items allows for 115,486 different combinations, so you probably won't run out too fast.
If either item seems ambiguous, feel free to answer it in multiple ways or however you first interpreted it. Likewise, if LIST1 applies to multiple OCs of yours, you can answer for every OC that applies to or just pick one of them.
There are no questions involving sexual content, but there are some questions that involve alcohol and violence.
If any of your answers involve detailed violence/gore, abuse, sexual content, etc., put it under a spoiler tag! Basically just spoiler tag anything you'd spoiler tag in other threads.
I'll try to add more items to each list as time goes on! I like to make them relatively unique/interesting and make them things you wouldn't think about (c'mon, did you know which OC was most broken up about the Pluto debacle before this? or what their favorite kind of noodle was?), but I'm open to suggestions! Just note that unlike the OC question of the day thread, I can't really credit you for your additions!

Questions:

If they got locked in a mall overnight, what would they do?
How do they feel about public speaking? Are they good at it, or could the thought alone kill them?
In games like Mafia, Among Us, etc., would they rather be the "bad guy" or one of the normal players?
They get stranded on a deserted island for a week. How would they fare?
Do they enjoy holidays or loathe them? Do they have any notable feelings about specific holidays?

Hey there, Isoprene! This question is for your OC who plays tabletop RPGs the most.
Q: How do they react when they end up totally lost?

Venith is a Big Nerd who already basically does a lot of LARPing due to her job, so I can see her playing some tabletop RPGs. She doesn't like getting lost all too much, though as in most things she's good at hiding her concern and maintaining her composure. If she's with people she's fond of, she might even pretend she "got lost" on purpose to spend time with them. Depending on where she is she might actually enjoy having a place to explore, but she gets more intimidated and frustrated by not knowing where she is or where she's going than people would assume from her.

Hey there, lsoprene! This question is for your OC who likes doing chores the most.
Q: Do they prefer white chocolate, milk chocolate, or dark chocolate?

Hattie loves doing tedious chores and housework the most, to the extent that she decided a career in performing said tasks would be more fun than being a demonic overlord. Her favorite kind of chocolate is milk chocolate, mostly because hot chocolate is one of her favorite drinks. She does like dark chocolate, but only when paired with fruits or otherwise mixed with things in which it's not the dominant flavor.

Q: How athletic are they? Are they in shape?

Like any good dad, Hadris is a big fan of polo shirts! He's also a fan of being very in shape, as he's an All-Conquering Overlord. You can't conquer worlds by just sitting around and eating junk food all day! You gotta keep training and make sure you're in top form to tackle all of those Chosen Ones(tm) out there!

Hey there, Tayl! This question is for your OC with the most freckles.
Q: If they could have any power they don't already have, what would they pick?

Tulippa's pretty freckled! She'd love to have the ability to fly, since then she could explore the world beyond her spring freely! Teleportation could accomplish the same thing, but flying would let her take the scenic route and let her float around without needing, like, a tub of water everywhere she goes.

Hey there, Starfast! This question is for the OC who overthinks things the most.

Q: Do they prefer to end fights quickly or drag them out like a DBZ character?

Gerard will do anything he can to stay out of fights, since he's very opposed to violence and doesn't want anything to do with it. Most of the "fights" he's involved in are just really heated arguments, but he'll try to end it as quickly as he can.

Q: What are they like in a romantic relationship?

Certainly never thought about it, but I feel like Tay would be a beast at Tennis. She's got the stamina to be jumping all over the court and not get tired, and I know she runs a lot... plus those drums are a workout on the biceps.. yep, she's probably kick butt at tennis. So... in a romantic relationship? She would definitely be the more dominant personality. I don't think she could date someone if she wasn't. She'd probably say a lot of rude things that she didn't mean, because they just kinda come out... but I think with a good, patient boyfriend, she'd be able to reign her sass in and have a nice relationship.

once he's made his mind up about his opinion on something, he's pretty unlikely to change it unless it upsets xavia in any way.

Esper traverses the universe, using baubles she's picked up from other places as trade fodder. She enjoys her life, and is unlikely to change much of anything at all. However, sometimes she wishes that she had kept some of the items from her own planet instead of trading them all away.

Q: If they suddenly had an identical clone with all of the same memories, how would they treat them?

I'd be worried if Loligo wasn't my best swimmer, given she's an aquatic creature and all. I'd also be worried if Loligo didn't immediately fight her clone. There can be only one. Or two if the fight's good enough, she supposes. It's nice to have a sparring partner who's your total equal!

Q: Where do their loyalties lie in the Console Wars?

Hmm... that'd probably be Agatha, I suppose? Her fashion sense is pretty modest and she keeps a lot of herself covered simply because she likes being warm. She's definitely a Nintendo girl, 100%. She doesn't play games all that often - mostly because she died in the 70s and always preferred books, anyway - but Nintendo's friendlier persona and wider selection of casual and local multiplayer options would appeal to her the most.

Q: Do they act the same around everyone, or do they change a lot around different groups of people?

Langelotte is a huge sucker for a good slow dance, so that definitely goes to him. Being the Blood King and all, he has very different personae based on the company. Around his subjects, he's kind and friendly, often getting as personal as he can with them and earning their loyalty honestly. Around his opposing Heads, he tends to be smug and condescending. Toward his foes, he's merciless and takes a bit too much enjoyment in draining the life out of them. And toward those he finds intriguing, he tends to be toying and affectionate. He's a pretty varied dude!

Q: What's their favorite gemstone?

Valence tends to keep herself pretty tightly scheduled, only veering off its usual course if she's assigned a mission of some sort. Her favorite gemstone is definitely aquamarine; she loves the color and clarity of them. Not that you'd ever catch her going on about how pretty she thinks rocks are, but... man does she think those rocks are pretty. She also likes diamonds, again due to clarity but also because she respects their hardness and utility.

Nixsandre isn't fully official yet, but he's considered 'evil', and the only technically evil one I have! So- yes. You spend a very long time in a heavily guarded prison piled up with other baddies who want nothing but take that rage out on someone. Nixxy have developed a talent at knowing when someone is going to snap, but understanding? What's there to understand in a new world of hardcore survival?

I'm not sure who screams the loudest, but possibly Keaton. His favorite kind of cake has to be EVERYTHING his mom makes, who runs a bakery. But if he was to buy it from shops or whatever, it would be the regular chocolate cake!

I like to think Harlow as punctual, so. Typically Harlow might stay serious, explain why she had done that, and walk away. lol

in an attempt to make this as spoiler-free as possible, im just going to talk about my danganronpa fan characters here because anyone who's heard of danganronpa knows that these kids are going to SufferTM

haruka... keeps a lot of secrets, but that's all i can say about the matter because im trying to keep this as spoiler-free as possible.
haruki, on the other hand, is more open, though she does still have a few secrets that only her twin sister and herself know about.
this character probably doesn't have any secrets of her own, though because she's a very friendly and trustworthy person i'm sure she's keeping a few secrets other people have told her.
as for my other fan characters, i haven't developed them much so sadly i don't know how open they'd be.
