This event is only open for submissions from December 1st to December 31st.
It's December, the month of Christmas, so of course we are going to celebrate by celebrating Meridee; Ditee-ath's equivalent to Christmas!
So, what is Meridee?
Meridee is Ditee-ath's equivalent to Christmas and New Year's. They decorate their homes, stores and outside with Christmas-like decorations all throughout the month of Nimadri. On the last day of the month, which is also the last day of the year, they celebrate it much like we do on Earth.

The event
Draw and/or write how your Gem(s) is celebrating Meridee.
- How is their home decorated for Meridee?
- Do they own an "Ugly Christmas" sweater?
- What presents did they buy? Or get.
- Do they enjoy the snow? Do they drink hot chocolate?
- Do they bake something special?
- Do they make a snowman?
Rules
- You must be a member of the DA group/TH world to enter the event.
- Your entry has to be submitted to DA or TH. Submitting it to your stash won't count.
- If you haven't completed your MYO, or don't have a Gem yet, you are allowed to use the prompt mascots: "Prompt mascots"
- Digital and traditional art is allowed.
- You can make more than one drawing/written work to show how they celebrate Meridee.
- NSFW art/literature is not allowed! This includes any sexually explicit content as well as gore.
- Art has to be outlined and at least with flat color.
- Written work has to be at least 800 words long. It is up to you if you write in 1st person, or 3rd person.
Crystal earning:
- Participating in this event and making at least 3 drawn/written entry rewards you 1 crystal. (Only obtainable once a month per person)
Rewards
- Per drawing = 2.000 SB
- Per 800 words in a written piece = 2.000 SB
- For every 5th drawing / 5th written entry = 5.000 SB + 1 unique trait or 1 mutation
