These jobs are specific to Ditee-ath and each of them will be explained in detail.

Some Gems are more fit for some of these jobs than others, but that does not mean that they cannot have a different job, or that other Gems cannot have these jobs. For example:

- Gemmadites and Gemmismae with earth abilities are great as miners in the mountains and underground, due to their ability to manipulate earth.

- Undadites and Gemmismae with water abilities are great as miners at the bottom of the oceans, due to their ability to manipulate water and survive underwater without oxygen.

- Geludites and Gemmismae with ice abilities are great as mountain rescuers and miners in the snowy mountains and glaciers, due to their ability to manipulate snow and ice, and withstanding the harsh cold temperatures.

- Ignisdites and Gemmismae with fire abilities are great as mountain rescuers and miners in the volcanic mountains, due to their ability to manipulate fire and lava, and withstanding the harsh hot temperatures.

★ Gemstone scientist
There are two types of gemstone scientists: Crystal scientists and gemstone researchers.
- Crystal scientists are Gems who study the underground crystals that are used for energy and electricity. They study why the crystals are stored with energy and why crystals found at the surface aren't. They also study how they produce energy, how much energy they can put out and how used energy from the crystals is restored when they're returned underground. They also study any other properties these crystals might have.

- Gemstone researchers are Gems who study the properties of gemstones. For example: How amethysts have the ability to help with emotional issues, physical ailments and what other things it may help with. The results of these researches are meant for the Gems who work with gemstones and crystals for healing purposes, and those who sell the gemstones and crystals to the healers, and to regular Gems who just wish for a stone to help with those things. The researchers publish their findings and results in books or online.

★ Language researcher
This may seem like a job you could also find on earth, and while they do study their own language, most language researchers go to other worlds to study their languages and may have to stay there for a few years. They bring their studies with them back to Ditee-ath to be taught in special evening language courses around the planet. A language researcher also keeps studying an already learned language, to keep the language up to date.

★ Teleportation researcher
A teleportation researcher works with mapping out the "paths" of a teleportation when a Gem teleports through a gemstone. For example: If a Gem is going to travel through an opal they are first faced with two paths; one that leads to other paths on Ditee-ath only and the other leads to paths outside of Ditee-ath to other planets. When taking the path that leads to Ditee-ath destinations there are suddenly a sea of paths, and without a map it can be very well impossible to know where they will take you. The same thing goes for paths to other planets.

★ Stonebuck maker
A Stonebuck maker is a Gem who works for the Bank of Ditee-ath. They file and shape gemstones into their Stonebuck currency and then engrave the Bank of Ditee-ath's logo, name and a serial number onto the Stonebuck. A Gem who works as a Stonebuck maker can't have a criminal record.

★ Importers
An importer works at an importing company and imports things from other planets, but these companies also export to other planets as well. They import things they think will be interesting for Ditee-ath, but also requests from private Gems, schools, libraries, the government or other workplaces. Each import company has their own list of things they're allowed to import and export, and if they get a request for something that's not on their list, they ask another import company if they have the item on their list. If no one has the item on their list, the company has to file a request with the government to import it.

★ Trading manager
A trading manager works for the government and makes sure that trades with other planets are legal and within their laws. They go over trade applications from other planets who wish to trade with Ditee-ath, as well as make sure that their own trading requests follow their laws.

★ Rescue forces
There are two types of rescue forces on Ditee-ath: The Andoma forces and the Luaris forces

- Andoma forces are teams that rescue Gems that were abducted off of Ditee-ath and are military forces specially trained for the task. This special force was formed in 25xx and was formed in collaboration with the Gemmadite Felaern Dialio Jammer along with his human mate Mathias Jammer and their three kids; Kaiden, Aubron and Amara. Mathias and Felaern had been rescuing Gems for years and were eventually hired by the government specifically for these missions. Their kids were raised in this environment and all three of them ended up doing the same when they were old enough to do it. They became experts in gathering information, infiltration, breaking in and breaking out using Kaiden's inventions, hence the collaboration with them when the special forces from the military had to be trained for the missions.

- Luaris forces are teams that rescue Gems on the planet. They search for missing, lost and hurt Gems anywhere on the planet, like the mountains, deserts, jungles, forests, volcanic and snowy mountains and Gems that were caught up in natural disasters. These rescue teams are usually Gems who work, or have worked, with the police or in the medical field, but it can be Gems with other work experience too, since everyone receives first aid training and special training in how to track down the missing Gems in the safest way possible without risking their own lives.

★ Mountain rescuer
A mountain rescuer search for missing, lost and hurt Gems in the volcanic, snow covered and normal mountains, as well as glaciers, on a daily basis. Many Gems likes to explore unknown area without a guide and most times it end badly. Mountain rescuers have to undergo first aid courses once a month to maintain their abilities to give the best care for Gems that are found wounded.

★ Miner
Miners are the Gems that mine the underground crystals they use as their power source. They dig out the crystals and shape them into the proper sizes needed for various electrical appliances. They also bury crystals that have used up their natural energy, to be recharged. They keep files over where used crystals have been buried, when they were buried and when they are estimated to be recharged and scheduled to be dug out again.

*NOTE: Jobs such as bus driver, cab driver, pilot and any jobs related to working on ships are not mentioned, because Ditee-ath do not have cars, busses, airplanes or large ships. They use gemstones for long travels, so cars, busses, airplanes and large ships are not necessary. They do, however, have smaller boats for fishing and mechanical wagons for heavy transportation.

These jobs will not be explained in detail, as they are jobs found on earth as well. They are mainly listed for inspiration when you give your Gem(s) a job.

Some Gems are more fit for some of these jobs than others, but that does not mean that they cannot have a different job, or that other Gems cannot have these jobs. For example:

- Undadites and Gemmismae with water abilities are great as fishermen and marine biologists, since they can survive under water without having to get oxygen, and have better defense against the large predators. Gemmismae with water abilities, as well as Undadites with the ability mutation, can control water.

- Ignisdites and Gemmismae with fire abilities are great as welders and forgers, since they can easily withstand the very hot temperatures and Gemmismae with fire abilities, as well as Ignisdites with the ability mutation, can control fire.

- Gemmismae with the mind ability are great as fortune tellers and other alternative practitioner jobs, due to their ability to read minds and see bits of the future.

- Gemmismae with the resistance ability are great for the military and as police officers, since their ability makes them resistant to any kind of attack.

- Gemmismae with the forest ability are great as gardeners, florists and farmers, since their ability makes them able to control plants.
