What's a Creacher?
They are the treasured pets, familiars, and general fauna of Mahou Wando!
There's a Creacher for everything or an odd substitute of a real-world animal in Creacher form!
What is Creacher Spring?
An event for veteran Mahou Wando members to bring their own Creacher ideas to life!
Your researchers will be showing unique finds you discovered in the woods TO Faunus!
If they confirm that, it is in fact a Creacher (and not just a weirdly shaped stick you found) then it'll be added to the index!

PLAYER REQUIREMENTS AND T.O.S
RESEARCHER CAUTIONS
1.) Please DO NOT DIRECT MESSAGE the mods! (This is to avoid DM clutter and to keep things organized!!)
All critique, progress and edits with the Creacher will be in the comment section of this thread.
2.) Make sure you're okay with others making adopts of, expanding the lore of, or simply creating their own renditions of your Creacher!
3.) After you are done, PLEASE DO NOT PULL OUT WITHOUT TELLING US IN ADVANCE!!
This is to avoid community confusion and keep the index organized.
4.) Be okay with answering questions about your Creachers!
5.) Working on your Creacher and finishing it before the deadline is completely fine! Show us your results! c:
RESEARCHER REQUIREMENTS
1.) You must have 10+ BADGES minimum! [CHECK THE BADGE BANK]
Note: The badge bank has recently been archived, so be sure to check the link for archived bank as well to find your badges!
2.) Each qualifying researcher can submit one creacher this time!
3.) COLLABING ON A CREACHER IS OKAY!! Collaborating with someone else will count as a submission for you both.
4.) You must be/be collabing with an artist who can fully illustrate a Creacher clearly with a clear description.
5.) AGREE TO THE CONSENT FORM. (This is to make our lines CLEAR so there are no misunderstandings or issues in the future!)
BY MAKING A CREACHER YOU MUST AGREE TO THESE TERMS:
[ ]- By finishing my Creacher research project, I am consenting to the Creacher being public domain in Mahou Wando. I will allow others to create, make adopts of, and do as they wish with my concept. And I will do my best to answer questions in a timely manner about my Creachers if asked in the comments or in the server.
[ ]- I am consenting to CONTACTING THE MAHOU MODS FIRST if for any personal reason I choose to delete my Creacher from the Creacher index. I am aware that by deleting an index entry, it will affect an entire community, and I will make my decision for deletion with not only my personal interest but the creativity pool of an entire community in mind.

2024 Theme: TINY or GIGANTIC
There are many Creachers out there too small to see with the naked eye, or just plain hard to notice because of their size!
On the other side of the spectrum, there are Creachers out there so huge that many mahous tend to just mistake them for every day scenery.
So this year, it's time to get the magnifying glass and hyperspace cameras! Let's see what we can find in Mawa with a closer look...
What will we discover in the details..?
[ 2024 Creacher Making Rules & Tips ]
1. Please no creachers that are literally food or themed after food! We have a good amount already, let's diversify a bit!
2. We're looking for Creachers that are unusually small or large! (Aka ONE or FIVE stars when it comes to size!)
3. Make sure to communicate with eachother during the creation process! Try to tap into animals, themes or shapes that have yet to be addressed in the dex!
4. There are no location limits this year!
[TIPS FOR MAKING CREACHERS IN GENERAL]
1. What is their purpose/ability/niche?
2. Consider how they variate in appearance! But make their guidelines distinct enough so they can be identified by silhouette and/or color scheme!
3. What sets them apart from other Creachers? (Feel free to talk to other researchers about potential symbiotic relationships or other fun ideas!)
4. Creachers are the animals of Mahou Wando! So stray away from making something hyper-humanoid!
5. Make sure your drawings are clear and fully display the anatomy of the Creacher!
6. What's something in Mahou Wando that is missing a Creacher? What kind of animals are missing from Mahou Wando?
HOW TO SUBMIT A CREACHER IN 4 EASY STEPS
STEP 1: FIND A CREACHER AND FILL OUT THE RESEARCH FORM
STEP 2: BRING IT TO FAUNUS FOR APPROVAL AND EDITS IN THE COMMENT SECTION, THEY ARE VERY INVESTED SO PREPARE FOR QUESTIONS, CRITIQUES, AND BE READY TO ANSWER THEM!!!!
JUST LIKE A REAL SCHOOL PROJECT REVIEW~
STEP 3: FAUNUS APPROVES OF YOUR REPORT, AND YOU WILL BE GIVEN THE CONSENT FORM TO SIGN!
ONCE SIGNED YOU'LL RECEIVE THE OFFICIAL CREACHER INDEX ENTRY TEMPLATE! DON'T CHANGE THE SIZE OF THE TEMPLATE AND DO NOT USE A DISCORD LINK FOR YOUR IMAGES.
STEP 4: TRANSFER YOUR RESEARCH PROJECT INTO A CREACHER INDEX ENTRY AND MAKE YOUR CREACHER AN OFFICIAL CREACHER OF MAHOU WANDO! Just remember to copy/paste the format of the other Creacher Index entries when posting, and bring it to Faunus for ONE LAST CHECK-UP for both the description and index form!
INDEX ENTRIES WHO SKIP QUALITY CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED INTO THE DEX!!!
[ CREACHER STATS EXPLANATION ]
SIZE
[A measure of how big they can become or naturally tend to be in comparison to a Mahou]
1 Star: Pocket-Sized or Fairly Small.
2 Star: Can achieve all sizes that a house pet can generally achieve.
3 Star: About the size of a fully grown human being.
4 Star: Much bigger than a human. Car sized? Little car-sized.
5: ENORMOUS. Can not fit in a home. Nor stand in town without causing a ruckus.
DANGER LEVEL
[A measure of the creachers demeanor and attitude towards Mahou]
1 Star: Completely harmless and friendly.
2 Star - Friendly but can be a little dangerous.
3 Star - Not very friendly and pretty threatening.
4 Star - Active dislike of Mahous or intention to harm.
5 Star- Potential fatal encounter. Avoid at all costs.
RARITY[Ft. Using pokemon to explain]
1 Star: A Normal Type. (Can be found anywhere and live anywhere)
2: A Bug Type. (Can be anywhere but do have a preference for where they are)
3: A Ghost-type. (Have a specific circumstance and a specific place they like to be)
4: Mythical Pokemon.(Hard to find, but are possible to discover)
5: Legendary Pokemon. (Shot in the dark kind. I just tripped into this cave hidden in an alternate dimension and it was standing there.)
