This game is similair to the Choose a Pokémon for the character above you! thread. However, instead of choosing one pokemon that seems to suit their looks/personality, you create a team~! You can stick to one type or choose several based on color alone. It's all up to you.

I think Eris would probably be the type to have a mono-grass team! since he lives in the woods and is a bit of a hermit so he wants his team to feel like home too maybe XD
He'll trend more towards the "creepy" grass types though bc of his fascination with death and decay. He would most likely like mushroom Pokemon the most!
Shiinotic, Parasect, Amoonguss are probably pretty self-explanatory. Tangrowth and Trevenant really remind me of the deep woods, where he most likely makes his home. H-Decidueye is probably the most hermit-like Pokemon appearance wise XD
Okay! Here's the team I see iris having!
Gothitelle - my immediate idea based on her design/appearance
Corviknight - because of her species, but also as a protector/guard for her since she's a princess.
Mimikyu - based on the summary on her page; how a mask of her appearance hides something dark. She sympathizes with this pokemon
Froslass - similar reason to above
Alolan Ninetales - i think this Pokémon fits her ethereal vibe and beauty
Lunala - similar reason to above; but also I see it as another guardian pokemon, almost motherly.

Weezing: I saw the mask and immediately "oh weezing"
Houndoom: He's a dog and I saw the line "he knows his actions are probably sending him to hell" so boom hell dog
Doublade/Bisharp/Scizor: This man likes to slice and dice things... to put it lightly and he loves knives so take them.
Zoroark: again with the dog motif except zoroark is a master of illusions and maybe helps lure in his victims 😳

She gave me beginner pokémon trainer vibes, so I gave her mostly first evolution staged pokemon. I also feel that she'd probably like cute pokemon!
Here’s the team I see for sage!
Based on his vibe and his name… I see mostly grass, bug, or psychic types, but these guys stuck out to me
-Shiftry - immediately thought this would be his main partner pokemon
-Lucario - his second partner pokemon, he would probably train his aura and powers with him. I also see it as a representation of his sharp mind
-Mothim - Sage probably just finds this guy cute, but also.. moth buddies!!
-Xatu - similar reason to lucario, but also I can imagine them flying around together. Xatu is probably a protector too
-Grovyle - I can see sage and this pokemon training as well! It won’t let sage down
-Ferrothorn - I think this pokemon is a great representation of sage’s willpower. His past was rough and painful, but he still remains sturdy and natural in the present

Mandibuzz - Because honey likes vulture culture! Also spooky stuff in general. I feel like she would love to have Mandibuzz around.
Cubone - Somewhat spooky, yet cute!
Floette - Many colors to choose from, and will fit her cottagecore look.
Cutiefly - Another visually fitting Pokémon!
Beheeyem - ... aliens count as cryptids, right?
Houndoom - Spooky companion with what looks like boney protrusions.

Here's the team I see for Tylidi!
I chose a lot of robot themed pokemon because he likes to tinker, Garbador because he sifts through garbage, and a spinda because of his spinning hive! (spinda is disoriented by it too!)

I get the vibe she would use her fav pokemon rather than a planned team. Quite a strong team regardless.
1# Hydreigon: Stage 1 and 2 of evo line rememinded me of her because of the hair covering the eyes.
2# Tyrantrum: Just a rugged looking poke, could be swapped out though.
3# Tyranitar: Classic Tyranitar, cool as frick nuff said.
4# Feraligatr: Most likely her starter.
5# Obstagoon: Needed something to go with that cool hair of hers.
6# Aggron Another ragged looking poke but it's cool.

Sneasel: Their design and vibes! I feel like they’re really close!

Unfezant: With their armor and the green colors, I think this matches!
Haxorus: a strong armor wearing dragon type! Their pallets sort of match!
