Uno's profile is pretty empty, so I didn't get much out of it. I chose Ghost and Psychic types as it was mentioned that Uno is a shaman! I additionally mixed in some pre-evos because this kiddo looks young and experienced!
This game is similair to the Choose a Pokémon for the character above you! thread. However, instead of choosing one pokemon that seems to suit their looks/personality, you create a team~! You can stick to one type or choose several based on color alone. It's all up to you.

Eevee was my first thought for Aiden- mainly based on appearance tbqh, if I was told he was a Pokemon gijinka and I had to guess what his species was, I'd probably say Eevee, but also I do think it suits his personality a fair bit too. He seems fairly meek-natured and easily impressionable, which I feel fits well with a Pokemon like Eevee that has so many vastly different evolution options.
Audino I chose because of its classification as the hearing Pokemon, and Aiden being a good listener. Plus Audino is often portrayed as a very kindly Pokemon, associated a lot with healing and hospitality, which I feel is very fitting for Aiden's personality. Their names being pretty similar is a nice plus jfds
Lillipup is another Pokemon I feel suits his aesthetic really well. I wanted to give him a Pokemon with pick-up because of that little tidbit about him sometimes picking up lost items to return them to their owner, and I feel like a lil puppy Pokemon works well for someone who tends to go with the crowds and isn't really assertive, but is also usually pretty friendly and in a good mood.
Teddiursa; this was the point where I committed to a mono-normal team hgjfks. I just feel like normal types are perfect for Aiden in general for the same reasons I talked about with Eevee- they're often seen as the "default", and Aiden doesn't really do a lot to stand out from the crowd, but I feel like he's very individual and has a lot to offer at his core- just like normal types, who are often capable of pretty diverse movesets.
Anyway, Teddiursa I picked because it reminded me a little of his daughter and their relationship? I could imagine the Teddiursa probably being Penelope's Pokemon, just officially owned by her dad because she's so young, and them getting into all sorts of mischief together.
Deerling was another Pokemon I picked because of its form changing and Aiden's "follow the crowd" sort of attitude and tendency to give into indulgences.
And finally, Exploud for how scary he can be when he's angry. I feel like the Whimsur line as a whole is very fitting for this- Whimsur is very quiet and unassuming, but evolves into creature capable of triggering earthquakes with its yelling.

okay. im bad with images so bear with me here.
ariados- pretty simple- this is like his mascot pokemon, considering he chose a red spider for his acolytes. the fact that its got venom is probably pretty useful too, for use by his underlings, or himself. also very fitting how spiders... make webs lol.
roserade- alright, this is an absolutely gorgeous pokemon that can also produce venom, but is also known for luring its prey in and striking quickly. its also noted to have a very sweet scent to it, which im sure he would appreciate as a sweets lover. its also a pretty damn good pokemon who could easily use its power to his advantage,,,,
salazzle- another pretty strong poison type, i like that he might keep a salazzle because of how she keeps a group of salandit under her with her pheromones, similar to him! having an army of salandit is certainly something i can see him wanting
gardevoir- a very protective pokemon that will stop at nothing to help its trainer! i think that would be pretty comforting to him, especially in combination with its psychic abilities- you cant tell me these two would not die for each other. probably.
krookodile- this predatory pokemon is said to let nothing escape its jaws, which is totally fitting. he also needs something with some brawn to take down criminals, and krookodile has a lot of that. its also pretty violent! he can be like that too! so i think he'd be into this thing. also moxie seems fitting so this thing just gets stronger as it takes down more foes.
zweilous- listen. i think its cute. not only is it also absolutely vicious, but the way that the two heads bicker constantly definitely reminds him of his siblings. he gets to be the older sibling and stop them from fighting- which lets him get the best of both worlds. also he feeds it sweets and they're like taste testers together. he loves his funky dragon thing.

Audino- You know how sometimes trainers have a pokemon that kinda looks like them? I feel like Audino would be that pokemon
Espeon- Kinda the same basic principle, but I also feel like Espeon would help her with her dislike of crowds, and be a good companion if she's getting stressed or overwhelmed.
Whismur- When I read that she likes music, for some reason all I could think about was that she'd have a whismur that she likes to dance with.
And of course, her butterfly collection! Beautifly, Vivillon, and Butterfree, due to her love of bugs and the butterfly collection she has :)

Well Isabelle/Dreamy gave me some trainer vibes who'd have some pokemon that are space or dream themed and would know some sleep moves so here's my take on what her team would be! Hope you like it!
Edit: PicklePantry Oh my gosh wow that is an amazing team for Itzal!! I especially like that you chose owl pokemon along with Darkrai being a part of their team, plus I can totally see Kokoro getting swooped at and attacked by a Honchcrow on the occasions she tries to confront Itzal. As you probably saw she holds a little bit of a grudge towards them after Itzal attempted to spirit away her helper Dawn. >_>;;;
I felt like Itzal would have a primarily Flying-Type team, mainly birds, but in it would also be a mixture of Ghost and Dark types for his abilities (I considered Steel, because of the cages, but I think Ghost/Dark works better with his mischief)
Noctowl - I mean, you GOTTA have the owl pokemon for the owl demon! And among the group, I feel Noctowl would be the voice of reason.
Decidueye - A ghost bird, and usually the silent, studious type. I think just like Noctowl, it would enjoy being around Itzal and observing like him.
Dusknoir - Another silent, strong type, though where Noctowl and Decidueye are usually relaxing and thinking to themselves while quiet, Dusknoir is just... there. I'm sure a lot of people that cross Itzal's path can't decide on whose stare creeps them out more: his or Dusknoir's.
Honchkrow - The only animated one of the group tbh, Honchkrow is interested in Itzal but can be pretty bored easily. Loves it when battles are involved, especially against Kokoro.
Absol - A quiet, peaceful Pokemon I could see walking besides him. Since its horn detects disasters, I can picture them having a calm walk when it senses something, and Itzal goes to investigate to find his next adventure. Or, it could probably give him a heads up for when Kokoro's after him.
Darkrai - I can picture Iztal meeting Darkrai in that abandoned building he took up residence in. I also think it's fitting that since his name means shadow, he's with the big shadow pokemon himself!
Ooh! I love it, what an interesting line up! Water type's interesting since he lives close to the waters, and I REALLY love the Aegislash!

Empoleon : because he is powerfull and seems to have a crown i think it match perfectly with your king boy, cause THIS DUDE IS A KING TOO and reeeeally badass
Milotic : majestic aquatic pokemon (shiny form is even better), you can ride him easily and he is fast underwater so yeah pretty cool
Primarina : litteraly a mermaid so i was obliged to include her since your boy is half mermaid,plus she is really cute and lovely and make a perfect friend
Altaria : small reference to AU En (with his lil bird) must mostly about voice power of your boy and this soft birb is adorable and warm heart (shiny to match with your oc design)
Vaporeon : aquatic pokemon (again i know teehee) but he is a perfect companion of adventure and i wanted to include a "pet" pokemon to the team, moreover this cutie have royalty vibes
Aegislash : because En is a swordman with a super awsome sword, so of course he have this pokemon in his team (shiny form because DARK SWORD asdfgj) plus this pokemon can protect and attack who's really usefull
OMG I love it especially the Scorbunny in reference to Peter, such a good idea. And yeah you did it veeeerry well since this buddy don't have that much info (wip), plus I love luxray and I'm happy to see him in this team. Dialga well yeah of course haha but the Celebi surprised me (in a good way). Same for forges and carbink but they match perfectly with him

celebi and dialga were obvious choices for him since he can manipulate time and space. luxray... just looked like it fit with his vibe? i gave him a scorbunny because it reminded me of peter. florges was added cuz of his blue roses bush, and carbink because of the blue crystals on his moodboard!
Archibald's job as an archivist for a group involved with ancient power gave me associations of knowledge and archeology (but like, magic archeology) so I was looking through psychic, ghost, rock, and ground-type Pokemon. There's also the interesting idea of Archibald being essentially a closet for the God of Chaos to hide in, which I kept in mind as well.
Unown. Full disclosure, I felt reaaaaally tempted to just make his team consist of Unown, but I didn't cus I knew it'd be a cop-out. But man, isn't Unown just the perfect Pokemon for an archivist?! It's literally ancient letters, man. What could be more fitting to surround those tomes of ancient power?!
Girafarig was probably the only Pokemon out of the team who doesn't really have connotations with knowledge or the ancients or anything like that. However, I think the idea of Girafarig having two heads, both being their own separate entities, fits the relationship between Archibald and the God of Chaos. Also, the tail's face definitely looks like some sort of trickster, don't you think?
Taking the phrase "ancient power" literally (as well as the move Ancientpower), we got Regirock. I chose Regirock over the other Regis because when I think of archeology I think of rocks, also because Archibald has a grounded (heh) personality. The braille gives me associations with ancient scripts (I know braille isn't actually an ancient script, but it's what it represents in the Pokemon world SO...).
Yamask is an interesting one because the mask represents memories of Yamask's former life, which it remembers and carries around hoping that someone would recognize it. While Archibald does not have any memories of his former life, I feel like Yamask is kind of the representation of "trying to find your past life," which is one of Archibald's main motivations. Also I can imagine it evolving into Runerigus should Archibald ever revert back to being the God of Chaos, and Runerigus is much more tricky and... chaotic.
Speaking of tricky and chaotic, Spiritomb is literally a bunch of spirits trapped into an Odd Keystone for being mischievous. Archibald probably doesn't have Spiritomb in his full form, but probably found an Odd Keystone lying around in the archives somewhere... the Odd Keystone is kind of like Archibald, serious and unassuming but trapping a whole bunch of chaotic energy inside.
Finally, Klefki. I read that Archibald enjoys collecting keys, so who better to accompany that then a Klefki? In fact, it would probably hold his key collection.
I'm still working on Koko's profile, so there's not too much on there yet... I hope it's enough to work off of, though. Sorry about that..!! If not, you can always do Tamae instead.

As Julian is a former reaper / dragon, I primarily chose dragon and ghost types! More information is spoilerized!
• Due to Julian's former status as a lieutenant, I wanted to give him a legendary! Zekrom fits because they conceal themselves in lightning clouds.
• As soon as Applins are born, they burrow into apples and spend their entire life there to hide from enemies. I associate this with Julian's evasive nature.
• Shuppets eat up negative emotions, allowing people to feel positive ones! They are well-liked due to this. I associate this with Julian's kindheartedness and hunger for affection. I specifically chose a shiny because I feel like blue is a calmer color, just like his association with apparitions.
• Chandelures eat up souls, which I associate with Julian's former occupation as a Reaper, and the little tidbit of lore regarding that in his trivia. The souls are usually trapped on Earth, compared to Julian's duty to return souls to his mirror.
• Alolan Marowak posseses their mother's bones, and they are treated like a vengeful spirit. The cursed flames are said to cause both physical and mental pain that never fades. I associate this to Julian's trauma and self-restraint.
• Wimpod is a bit of a black sheep, but I still associate him with Julian! They are cowardly, and hate confrontation. They are always scavenging, but they always scatter and retreat in an enemy's presence. I associate this with Julian's evasiveness and reluctance.
So for Zinnia's team, I wanted at least three to be cats, not only because she's most comfortable around them, but ones that could best represent the cats she has. Now, it's been a hot minute since I've played Pokemon, so I might get a few things skewed but here's what I've got:
Glameow - Of all the cat Pokemon (that I know of), Glameow is the most temperamental and distrusting, even towards their own trainers. They get annoyed and angry very easily. I felt like this best fit Macaroni, considering their shared attitude, even if hers is considerably warmer around Zinnia.
Skitty - Skitty is so darn loud and energetic, always running around and practically screaming. Even in the game their cry was so loud in my opinion. Because of that, I think they'd be a good Pokemon counterpart to Gnocchi.
Meowth - If you're going to have cat Pokemon, you can't leave out their mascot! Besides that, Meowth in all types has always been a pretty friendly cat, not afraid of humans (as much, at least), and social. I think they could be a good mirror for Tortellini. Of all the cats, I could see Meowth being the most okay with bellyrubs, too.
Appletun - Besides the cats, it also mentions that Zinnia loves sweets. I don't see any that are based on chocolate or peanuts (pretty surprising, actually), but I think she'd really enjoy Appletun's company, especially with that apple-y pie scent that wafts from them. It'd be the perfect way to relax after a stressful day, imo
Swirlix - I feel like Swirlix would get along best with Zinnia in terms of hobbies. They would follow her around curiously, and I'm sure would be the kind of Pokemon always begging for treats from the dinner table. I could see the two sharing some snacks and treats, too!
Meowstic - I was tempted to put Cherubi because I loved the idea of Zinnia constantly having to save them from the cats, but I feel like Meowstic would serve a better purpose. They're pretty unfriendly, but I feel they'd only really trust and love Zinnia. Being a Psychic type, they'd also be able to sense how she's feeling and when she's down, and would always be there to comfort her when she needs it.
