14/11 update - Rule update
From this point on, it's required that your post adheres to at least ONE (doesn't need to be all of them) of the following qualities
- You give at least three reasons or elements that made you fave the character
- You write at least three sentences explaining your choice
- You write a full paragraph that details why you enjoy the character
Note you are allowed to do more than these, but these are the minimum requirements.
If none of the above qualities are met, I'll issue a warning and a chance to edit your post to follow this new rule, and repeat offenders or people who won't edit their post to follow the rule will be banned from this game. This rule has been put in place to ensure everyone gets a response that is enjoyable to read. I'd also like to ask everyone to please read what the above person asks for, for example when giving a folder of characters to choose from or requesting to also read their profiles instead of just looking at the images.
Everybody loves getting favourites, so why not make a game where faves are guaranteed and people can compliment your OCs?

▶︎ Edit your comment to explain why you chose that character to fave. Your reasons can be anything, whether it's that you like their design, you read their story and think it's original, because you share the same name with the character, or something entirely different. Keep it nice!
Please also follow these rules to make sure the game stays fun for everyone!
❖ Don't be rude, insult people's characters, or make inappropriate comments. "I like Jef because I didn't think it was possible to be so ugly" comments are not a good reason to fave and will result in an instant block from this and my other threads.
❖ Actually fave the character! Don't only say what you like. Remember that this is a fave game primarily!
❖ Try to go into detail with your explanation. "The way his dress compliments his skin tone works so well and the texture of his hair is too gorgeous" is more fun to receive than "I like his design"!
❖ If there are any disputes that need my input as the thread owner, please PM me at my main, ElithianFox. I'll answer much faster on there than on here!

You have a lot of really interesting characters! I had fun looking through them and reading about their setting.
I faved a few, but I'll talk about Mogg! There's something really striking about its design, a tiger that's "wrong" in multiple ways-- wet, dripping with algae, emitting smoke. It's ominous and concerning (even without a full description, the combination of "demeanor: furious" and "status: hungry" feels frightening), and I can really picture the spooky sight of Mogg and the other characters in its folder prowling the decrepit factory grounds, and those dead glowing green eyes piercing the smoky dark.

I got a bit lost looking through your characters but this one stuck out to me and really hits close with the Western Canada theme :P
and yes I live in the province next to BC so +1 for my reason for faving
another +1 is the cartoonyish kind of feel I got just looking at the design, really tickles that part of my brain that's a sucker for cartoons lmao
and of course, I love dragons! Especially unique ones with unique designs like this one :D The concept is overall very interesting for these reasons (sorry this is the most half-hearted and low effort response ;n; I tried my best)
Gotta love gamer girls jajaja -- Saiki is, for one, in my favorite color. Second, she's just really cool as a person? I'm really big on tech-related women, and what-not, even if she's not one for mathematics [honestly I get it I can barely solve 2+2], and it's just a bonus how attentive she is to her ideas and her creative skills and just how far she'll surely go with it all.
It all just makes me want to learn more about her and Handan's relationship, and also I'm curious to know what her favorite video game genres or franchises might be! She seems sweet and spunky and just... fun. lauv her.
I'd have to go with Benito. Love unnerving bad-man type characters. From the bit I can glean from his brief history and relationship section, he seems like a fascinating character with an interesting storyline. I would honestly love to read more about him.
I favorited Laplace! What drew me in to them at first was her profile pic- I found it very funny and iconic! Then while I kept looking at him I found him very interesting as a character with a lot of thought put into them. I also may just be a biggg sucker for fancy undead ocs of any kind. I'm very interested in seeing what else you do with her and how they develop as a character going forward :D
I absolutely had to favorite Delphinium! That design is gorgeous - the bold blue with yellow/gold accents works so well and is not often seen on demonic characters. I like how the hair piece vaguely resembles an eye, despite them being blind. Whether intentional or not, it's a nice touch. Plus the ability to reveal desires is an interesting one! Love them.
I remember seeing Draak before long ago and I was drawn by his design. His design is so rad, man, I love the scar and the eye-patch, and his personality only makes him that much cooler. From what I see in his gallery, he's a silly guy but very capable too, and has those brief but impactful moments of seriousness. That's like the kind of character that would get a lot of air time in a show or movie and quickly become a lot of the audience's favorite.
He's got relatable likes/dislikes/fears, and this theme of sea life and pirates gives me a sense of freedom. Something about pirate life and beaches always makes me think of those calming waters and warm colors, so that also gives me some bias for liking Draak KEKEKEK
I fucking love fran dude (faved them), his design is so dainty and has a sorta minimalistic aesthetic which I adore. Plus the concept of a flower whisperer and ghost is such a beautiful and heck even poetic one imo!! Also their bio and the like are so eloquent and elegant 😭
i really love charlie!! theyre super pretty and well designed. im honestly just a sucker for characters with fluffy hair. the pinkish reds chosen really work well with the brown of the hair, making their head area very asthetically pleasing to look at. the colors and way the colors are laid out on the outfit, really brings the character together. they greyscale with small amounts of red, which compliments the hair highlights, thrown into collar and other places.
also im just a sucker for fire characters, whether they use fire, in some way incorporate fire into design, etc, and since they use fire its just like, a cherry on top to their super soft and nice to look at visuals. i also love his pirate vibe!! pirate ocs>>>. also i quite like the sort of, nobel / royal, turns away from their snobby family to live with their true loved ones, turning against the nobels in what it seems is charlies case, specifcally to protect those he loved (which, love protective characters) hes just super cool

I had to favourite Scorpi! Always love a good runaway heir character and she seems so interesting! Her colour palette is so nice with the very desaturated browns and pinks and I love the detail of the jewellery decorating her remaining antler. Her colours help make the red of her amulet stand out as well and I'm always a fan of a good eye motif. It's also not too often that I see scorpion-themed characters so she stood out to me in that way too.
Her backstory was fun to read as well and has been interested to know more about her world/setting. I'd be curious to know what her life was like before running away and whether the effect of looking into her eyes is a power that's unique to her. Her relationship with Lucy seems very sweet as well and overall she seems like a cool character!
