I know about LimesCafe (https://www.deviantart.com/limescafe) using AI and not admitting it until an adopt is purchased, which is purely a scam

 DEVIANTART:
-DA has a 500 max blocklist, so keep this in mind while blocking
-Use the Tag Blocker on DA (Account Settings -> Browsing -> Muted Tags) You should select "Mute AI" but ALSO you should type in AI tags such as "aiadopt" "aiadoptable" "aiadoptables" "ai_adopt" "ai_art" "ai"
-Newest "Artists" added at the bottom of each list and dated. (Toggle Spoiler to see list)

I've been suggested to add this extension to help weed out the AI stuff, but also works for trigger word ect

Before Buying on DA:
-Check account age (AI only gained popularity in 2020ish so, older than that is less likely, HOWEVER, some older artists have turned to AI)
-Check Deviation Count (Submitting many many adopts every day)
-Consider the Deviation's name (If it's a number "Adopt 3838" or generic "Elf Lady Adopt" "Anime Girl Adopt" it should be suspect)
-Check if the comments are turned off. (AI artists receive a lot of hate so they turn these off)
-Check the tags on their adopt (Both when for sale and after sale, some artists will only add "aiadopt" AFTER the sale is made.
-Check profile for any signs of "Ai Artist" (Do they have "AI" in their name? their profile?
-Check disclaimers/journals/tos (Some AI artists will tell you "you understand it's AI")
-Look for "Pity Party" context ( "Woe is me, I'm just a little guy trying to make beautiful adopts, please don't harass me, please just block me!")

Okay so, less of a PSA, but just as an info:

It pains to say, but DaggerAdopts is using lineart created by AI "art". They put it into the description, but only in the literal last line. So, if you're like me - and generally only check the price and TOS, you won't see it.

Not all of their art is AI though. It's mostly their humanoids.

Heya. Someone let me know that I am on this list but I have actually not used Ai in several months. When I was using Ai it was never just prompted (I used Ai on my own art and to create poses and details in larger pieces) and I had a disclaimer in every upload, but after talking with some people about it I realized I didn’t agree with how the tools were using artist’s work without permission, which is why I stopped. Some people didn’t feel like they fully understood how I was using Ai so I refunded those people. There are multiple journals on my account addressing it. All of my newer pieces are also posted on YouTube as speedpaints. 

I’ve just started college (a very difficult program at that) and I really need to manage my stress sources right now. While you can keep my name up if you’d like I’d prefer if you’d at least put a note stating that I have stopped using Ai. I really had genuinely positive intentions when I started using it as a tool in the first place, but I learned a lot from the experience overall and am not trying to cause any problems. I am autistic (and a little naive at times) so I didn’t originally see that what I was doing wasn’t correct. I thought it was okay because I was altering my own art with Ai rather than just prompting content to post. That isn’t an excuse of course but I’ve talked with a lot of people who have helped me understand everything a lot better. 

Edit: I’m on the list twice and it seems that the second time I’m mentioned on it there’s a note including my journal where I announced I would no longer be using Ai. I had to clear a lot of this stuff up with the original list maker but I have stuck to my resolution on not using Ai anymore.
