As the sun slowly sank, casting longer shadows across the ground as Ryou led the way. It was nice having some more quiet company like the dark haired cat boy he has roped into some impromptu date time that was totally not an official date time. Diem, the one close behind, had merely suggested a nice idea that he was running off with at the moment. More out in the open as well, the incubus stretched his wings out, they being much bigger then they appeared to be when folded up and full of tears and holes from his younger years of pushing himself to fly so he could wander off on adventures.

Away from more curious eyes and the school building that she did enjoy but found so scary, his small noodle bird also came out, Her arms flapping about as she zoomed around the two, even landing on Diem to touch his face but was off again as his ears twitched and started her away. Ryou’s ears did not do that, and she wasn’t sure if that was a good or bad thing. Nor did she want to wait and find out. It was pretty obvious she was young, maybe even a hatchling as she examined every little thing, singing her soft melodies as the dam picked up things so much bigger than her to go show Ryou who told her she was such a good girl for finding the thing, m=but suggest she put them back so no one would miss them.

“What grade are you in, Diem?” Ryou asked but didn’t turn back this time, pressing a button so they could cross the street and waited as he watched the cars. You could never be too careful.

Keeping at a steady pace next to Ryou, Diem didn't look like he reacted much to the tattered wings, though he did eye them until they were folded back up. Curiosity struck, making him wonder if they were able to fly like that. That.. seemed like it could lead to dangerous topics he didn't want to make them uncomfortable with however. Despite his looks and slightly feisty attitude towards others, Diem was peeerfectly capable of taking people's feelings into consideration. When he liked them enough to consider them. Ryou was slowly gaining on that list of people he wanted to know more of.

Those golden eyes of his were soon drawn away by the flying noodle though. Sure, he knew perfectly well not to chase or grab at someone else's dragon. That didn't stop those quiet chattering noises at the feathered creature nor those suddenly slitted eyes when she booped and ran off from his ear flicking. Probably for the best since he almost missed Ryou's question.

Adjusting his bag slightly while they waited, he moved the journal over so it wasn't sticking a corner into his side. "Tenth, what about you?" Blinking, something did dawn on him with this being the second time Ryou called him. "Say how do you know my name anyway?" He didn't recall mentioning it or going up to Ryou before now.

Watching as the little green dragon silhouette opposite their corner started flashing, numbers counting down as Ryou hummed and let his dragon wrap around his horns. Her little hands stroking the more harder exposed boney areas that were thankfully not as sensitive as they used to be when he was younger. She did it so often that he thought nothing of it, humming as he listened to Diem answer him.

“I’m in the same grade, I have a few classes with you but you don't always show up to them.” Answering both his questions at once, he turned back to smile at him as the little green dragon popped up for them to say it was time to walk across the road now that it was safe for them. “I also hear the teachers call you Diem, you are quite a feisty one, but i find that charming.”

“Gay!” Zooming off ahead, Dina was so excited to eat at the nice curry place. It was full of so many spicy foods! She herself especially liked the beef bowl, rice just piled high with a ton of beef that was spiced with so many things she didn’t know what they were but they were tasty.

“Only a little.” Ryou agreed, still leading the way but made sure not to pull too far ahead of Diem.

Stepping in time with the other was a little more difficult than he was use to. It wasn't that Diem was short, definitely not as tall as that football player, but he came to an average height. "Oh.. yeah, that's mostly affiliation courses.." He did have that perfect attendance for showing up at school. The classes in cooking and alchemy were his favorite though, probably one of the few he never fell asleep in and had a spotless record. Part of it help that he didn't mind just listening and staring at the professor for an hour even if he knew the material... they were an incubus as well.. maybe he just had a thing them..

While he wasn't sure how gay it was to find someone charming for Ryou, they thankfully gave him the answer without even asking. Apparently only a little as they headed inside together. Diem could already smell the spicy dishes from the other side of the street. Being so close now his mouth was watering in anticipation, casually pushing those gay thoughts to the side for now.
