Incandelons are an open species now, and you can do whatever you want with them! Also if you found them from outside toyhouse, you don't need an account to make one since I'm not tracking them anymore.
Pretty much the only rule that still means anything is this one:
Guilt-tripping, bullying/harassment, and bigotry will not be tolerated. Use your manners and common sense.

1. Incandelons are a closed species, please do not make your own without a MYO slot. That said, I will not yell at you if you have made something similar by coincidence. Taking inspiration from the species is also allowed as long as it’s not a 1:1 ripoff

3. You must have a toyhouse account in order to own an incandelon.
4. An Incandelon created with a MYO slot can be traded for anything or resold for any amount, even if the MYO slot was free. I do not want to put heavy limits on something that you made yourself. Adoptables may have restrictions on trading/reselling depending on the artist’s TOS.
5. That said, an undesigned MYO slot cannot be sold for more than what it was bought for. (I don’t plan to sell slots for real money but.. just in case)
6. There are no heavy limits on redesigns, however the character should still be recognizable.
7. An Incandelon design should not be heavily based on an existing character from media or a real person. Inspiration is ok, but should not be obvious. You are of course allowed to make an Incandelon version of an existing OC (with permission from the designer if you did not design it yourself)
8. Incandelons cannot be co-owned.
9. Incandelons can be voided but please let me know
Banned users will not be listed publically.
If you are banned, your Incandelons will not be taken from you and you do not have to change their designs.
