APRIL BULLETIN ADOPTS/EVENTSOfficial Adopt Status: Batch Month APRIL RAFFLE (FTO + DTE FFA) UPLOADED ON APRIL 7TH A properly drawn set of Worci (both by xcrowe) will be raffled off on the 7th, with entries accepted for a majority of the month~ One will be exclusive to first-time owners, and the other will be a draw-to-enter for any member! More details will be provided on the actual raffle upload. BUNNYMAN'S EGG HUNT STARTS ON APRIL 14TH One small session of an egg hunt game will soon be coming and will last up until the 18th at 1PM PST / 4PM EST! Prizes will be provided in tiers, but more details on that will soon come >:3c (Keep an eye out!) BUGGIN' BINGO ROUNDS BEGIN ON APRIL 19TH & APRIL 26TH Two discord exclusive bingo rounds will be ran on April 19th and April 26th! JANUARY/FEBRUARY BULLETIN ADOPTS/EVENTSOfficial Adopt Status: Feb Batch Month MASCOT CONTEST DETAILS UPLOADED ON FEB 1ST We're needing a fellow bug to be the face of Worcimex, so... we'll be hosting a mascot designing contest for the group, running from February 1st through February 21st. Participant prizes will include USD, a custom, and slots, and more in depth details will be provided on February 1st. TOMOYOKI/WORCIMEX COLLAB BATCH A special crossbreed collaboration with Tomoyokis will be uploaded during February: four total babs, with varying payment methods, designed by outlast , mikorin, sukoshi and xcrowe! ON-BASE SPECIAL GUEST ARTIST BATCH UPLOADED ON FEB 19TH, 6PM PST / 9PM EST A special guest artist batch will be posted this month as well, varying themes and on-base with varying prices between 30-35 USD, first-come-first-serve basis. FEBRUARY OFFICIAL ADOPT BATCH UPLOADED ON FEB 20TH, 10PM PST / 1AM (FEB 21ST) EST There'll be a small Valentines-esque on-base batch between sukoshi and I, xcrowe! It'll be a flatsale, 35 USD each, first-come-first-serve. | GENERAL INFORMATION APOLOGY ON GENERAL DELAYS January was a pretty slow month in terms of getting things up and running again, so this is just a little notice of an apology on those delays, whether it be with approvals, responses, etc. Timeliness and consistency will be further improved in February (and all the other following months), so we hope to provide the best service we can. Some changes are visibly made as of right now, but they'll be further finished (and more readable/legible, sorry for the current eyesore!) when I return from my hiatus in late December. OWNER'S REFLECTION Even though I am on hiatus for a large portion of the month, I've planned to write out an Owner's Reflection about my thoughts on how the year went so far, and what plans I and the rest of my team will be making for improving the group and community as a whole! This is just as a reminder of what kind of adopts we're going to do for the month. It'll be on a rotation between Non-batch and Batch Months! Batch Month referring to a group of mods/official artists making a batch, and then Non-batch month referring to mods/official artists posting adopts or no slot customs at random. ♦ Slowly but surely, the plans for reforms on the Toyhouse / Discord / DeviantArt group are coming along! OCTOBER BULLETIN ADOPTS/EVENTSOCTOBER MIXED ADOPT BATCH POSTED ON OCTOBER 30TH, 2PM PST / 5PM EST The batch will be a mixture of spooky halloween-esque and fall related designs! All of which will also be completed off-base. The payment methods will be varied amongst all the designs (raffle, flatsale raffle, OTA, auction). EMERGENCY MEETING! AMONG US DESIGN RAFFLE GAME BEGINS ON OCTOBER 10TH milkyawn and xcrowe have planned out a simple investigation game in the style of Among Us! 4 designs designed by both milkyawn and xcrowe will be up for raffle at the end of the investigation game. It'll be an exclusive Discord event, as the game will occur in two discord chats. One channel will contain a debate between the Worcimex on who's the imposter among them. The remaining channel will be a debate between the members to collect evidence and to vote on which Worcimex is the imposter. The game itself will end either in one round, or in two! For those who correctly guess the imposter at the final round, they can join the raffle for the imposter's design. For 2 of the designs, the participants that discussed evidence in the meetings can join for those raffles. For the last design, anyone who simply voted may join for the raffle. Specifications on which design will be for which raffle won't be given until after the game is completed. We hope you'll come by on October 10th to join / watch >:) ! | GENERAL INFORMATION CHANGES TO TEMP. GUEST ARTIST TERMS + APPS OPEN We've updated the terms that Temporary Guest Artists can design for: any Temp. GA may be accepted for 1 month, as long as they apply for the current three month term. This change is so designer's don't lose motivation or forget while they're on their term! The current application term is open (October, November, December), but if you get accepted as a GA, you can only design for one of these months! How to apply for being a temporary GA REVIEW ON FEEDBACK DURING THE SURVEY RAFFLE As we're still actively going through changes and trying our best to evolve the group, much of the feedback provided during the survey raffle was very insightful. Of course, we're going to need some time to plan, test, and address things in an appropriate and functional manner, but we thank you for your patience and all the advice! As always, if you ever have any more feedback to provide to the group, feel free to drop by at our anonymous feedback box, as everything in there also goes into consideration and discussion. FURTHER PLANS The Toyhouse is expected to be finalized and much more functional within the next month or two, including a proper re-work of the Forums and a far more legible version of documentation on our pages. Along with that, there might be some minor tweaks and updates to the general aesthetic of the group, whether it be more or less buttons, backgrounds, icons, etc. Similarly, the Discord will also go through some minor reforms, too! It'll mostly be small updates on our rule sets for in the Discord, how information is displayed, more games and casual entertainment channels, and more. Feel free to ask questions!
