CAN THIS WORCIMEX BE VOIDED?

• MYOS
  • If the MYO is NOT made by you: Voidable after 3 months of ownership
  • If the MYO is made by you: Voidable any time

• Guest Artist Designs
  • Voidable after 6 months of ownership

• Officials
  • Voidable after 12 months of ownership

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A WORCIMEX IS VOIDED?

• A majority of Worci-traits should be omitted, case by case depending on what the design’s owner wants, but a basic process is listed under the next heading: “HOW DO I VOID A WORCIMEX”

• The masterlist entry’s image will be blacked out
  • Masterlist images are still stored and kept in private by the group, but there won’t be any public listings.
  • Note that original designs of the Worcimex might still be uploaded by the original artists, it’s up to you and the artist to come to a conclusion or consensus on if they decide to keep the work uploaded or not.

• Transfers of the design will no longer be tracked by the group

• Masterlist information of the design will be emptied and the entry will be considered to have no monetary value
  • We will keep a private history log of any previous ownership and transfers, and who voided the Worci and the void date, in case of the future possibility of the design being unvoided.

• All unedited art of the Worcimex version of the design should be hidden or removed from the current character’s profile
  • Only make edits to the art WITH the original artist’s permission! If you aren’t permitted to make changes, then please refrain from doing so.

HOW DO I VOID A WORCIMEX?

1 - Edit the Worcimex’s design to have removed 3-4 of the following traits:

• Rib Bones
• Tailblade
• Core
• 50% Black/White Fur (or the clear distinction of having a different face compared to its body)
• White Tongue / Black Blood / Claws / Miscellaneous Bones / Wings, if applicable
  • Note that these would all count as 1 trait to be removed!
    • Example: Removing Rib Bones, Tailblade, and White Tongue + Black Blood = 3 removed traits to meet the requirements, but removing Rib Bones, and White Tongue + Black Blood + Claws would only = 2 removed traits and would not meet the requirements.

We’re also open to other suggestions, so feel free to send in notes to check in on the edits in advance or to discuss with us the best plan of action! Overall, it’s not strict and we’ll do our best to reach a compromise with you on the design editing process.

2 - Once edited, send in a note to the group with the following info:

CAN WORCIMEX BE UNVOIDED?

Yes, but a record of the design’s ownership / transfers must be available to view.

A common example would be Toyhouse’s ownership logs on any given character profile.

The character profile’s upload date should be within two weeks of either:

• The original MYO slot’s tracker date (if used to make an MYO)
• The original masterlist upload date

If any of the above information is lost, has missing details or discrepancies, then the design won’t be able to be unvoided.
