EXTREMEIES
A mutant sub breed of Milkis with 7+ toppings and 5+ accessories! They’re also much more prone to mutations.
You can use as many mutations on an Extremie as you want, and they can be wherever you want. The only restriction is multi eyes has to stay on the milkshake. Extremies are still being researched by scientists as what causes them to occur. Some studies have found that using only your own milkshake to create a milki child can increase these chances.
- You may only use pop-up mutations from a shop that’s open during the month you purchased slot
- Extremies also abide by the Once-A-Month rule! Meaning that if you use the pop-up mutation on an Extremie, it uses up your purchase for that month.

TRAITS
Eyes on The Milkshake
Unlike their average milki counterparts, they are able to mutate eyes beyond their face. It can appear anywhere there is milkshake. In the extremies' beliefs, those with more eyes on their shake are far more lucky than those with just two eyes.
Mutations,Toppings, and Accessories
When you get an Extremie, you have access to all available mutations,can go over 4 accesories, and must have 7 toppings or more on your design! Reminder that general rule of thumb is that if it is usually consumed by itself or is bigger than a gumball, it is a topping.
Some milkis say this is blessing as the many toppings, accessories, and mutations that adorn the milki are a rare sight. It causing extremies to be admired in society, often being a part of the elite rich and or entertainment industry. Some very few choose to be admire religiously saying they truly were blessed by a higher being, and lead their own communities of followers.
Unpredictable Changes
However, some laboratories have stated extremies are not entirely blessed milkis. Due to extremies being caused by a rare mutation in the milkshake, it also means the mutation can affect other parts of the milki development. Which can cause some unwanted side effects. In rare cases, this has caused monster/unstable milkis to occur due to the mutating not stopping by the age of 16-18. Leading to some milkis with oversized toppings, animalistic behavior, and glass naturally molding itself into spikes and other forms of self defense designs.
Reaching The 7 Toppings Requirement
On the left side is an extremie with more than two mutations and 7 toppings! We are using her to show flavors and types of toppings can be used to reach the 7 toppings requirement. The ice cream scoops are considered 4 different toppings given they are different flavors. The alien ship cookie and the star cookie are two different cookies entirely so 2 toppings. Then the planet gumballs are 1 topping.
