1. Be respectful of eachother and the admins! No harrassment or encouragement of harrassment OF ANY KIND will be tolerated.
2. Keep NSFW discussion out of the forums and bulletins! However, due to the nature of Toyhouse we can't police character galleries. You're free to have NSFW or suggesstive imagery, however, make sure it is properly tagged! If it isn't, we will request you tag it. If we have to consistently ask you to flag your NSFW, we will remove your character from the group.
3. If you have an issue with another member or admin, please contact Coastette or nonkie . Try to keep discourse and arguments out of the forums and server, please!
4. No intolerant behavior (sexism, racism, homophobia, etc) in speech, design, or otherwise is allowed - this will result in a ban from the server and removal from the group
5. If you feel like anyone has violated these rules please contact an admin or owners privately to discuss it, if you want to remain anonymous please tell us. This counts for in server and on DA, TH, and wherever else we may expand.

SPECIES TERMS AND SERVICES

1. Milkis are free to make! You don’t need to pay in order to make one, however, you can't make adopts of them unless you're a staff member.
2. Our subspecies - except vampires- are closed and are only available via a subspecies slot which is purchased through our shop or by doing our monthly prompts!
3. We do allow community members to take customs. If the design you are making is specifically for an individual, it is a custom. Anyone can make customs. Yes, you can charge money for customs.
4. Milki designs have a 2 weekcool down before you are able to trade/resell/take art offers for them! This includes self made designs and adopted designs
5. Respect indivdual designers' terms and services. If we find you are breaking any of their terms and services even if they aren't a staff member, we will give you a strike or a ban depending on your behavior.

• While we are an open speices and allow voiding, keep in mind some designers don't allow this! Please check with them ahead of time before offering on an adopt or getting a custom!

BLACKLIST

The following users are banned from getting new milkis. This includes creating new designs, trading for milkis that are marked UFT, offering on adopts, getting customs, or otherwise acquiring new milkis outside of the ones they previous had.

• Oki / OkiRose - Voiding without following designers' terms and service, exhibit hostility
• Lilith/ Sierrareaper- discomfort for members in dms,exhibit hostility,leaving art payments unfinished then trading characters, drama across multiple species' servers/communities
