RELATIONSHIPS
Note: By no means do you have to follow this section of lore! This is just a general idea of the species and to guide members who might need some ideas. If you do not want your Milki to abide by this, it's totally fine!
- General Relationship Info: Since Milki are naturally social creatures, polyamory is the norm for them. It's actually uncommon for a Milki to have only one partner! This doesn't mean cheating doesn't happen. A good relationship requires communication on all ends.
- PDA is very common for a Milki. Most others wont mind if you hold hands or lick your partner in public. Something more personal like eating your partners topping directly off of them is seen as a little more uncomfortable to do in public.
- Trading toppings is normal for Milki, but they usually pick it off when they trade. To eat a topping off of a Milki without picking it off is very personal for them, and usually not something other Milki would be comfortable seeing in public. When you do it at the same time as your partner(s) it's considered very intimate!
- Its more strange for you to see a Milki with just one partner than it is to see a Milki with four. All relationships are different, and of course not ALL of a single Milkis partners have to be each others partners. As long as there's communication involved, most Milki are fine with any number of partners!
- This does not mean your milki has to be polyamorous, though! If you aren't comfortable with shipping your character with multiple, Milkis can just have one partner.
Marriage: Milki propose with Ring Pops. The ring pop is placed into the Milki's hair (or finger if they're bald/ prefer it) and is kept their until the wedding day where they eat it together at the alter after exchanging rings, instead of kissing. They then give each other a glass ring!! It often has intricate design and contains a little bit of their partners milkshake inside.
