ONE FREE BUN EVERY MONTH

• You can make 1 mochibun every month of any star rank for at no cost.
  • You must have a TH account as the species masterlist is on TH.
    • There is a limit of 1 per person, multiple TH accounts do not mean multiple mochibuns.
  • The time period starts on the 1st day of the month and goes to the last day of the month.
  • Those who are found to use alternate accounts or third parties to get more than 1 mochibun will be penalized.
• The ability to make a free mochibun does not roll over.
  • Ex: if you didn't make a mochibun in January, you cannot make 2 in February.
• If you want to make more than 1 mochibun in a month, you must use a MYO ticket.
  • MYO = “make your own”. 
  • MYO slots can be purchased from the marketplace using currency.
  • MYO tickets may be given out as event prizes.
• Certain traits are Add-On only any cannot be used unless you have an item for them.
  • Add-On traits can be purchased from the marketplace.
  • Add-On traits may be given out as event prizes.
• MYO tickets and Add-Ons do not expire.
• Preexisting characters can be turned into mochibuns with a MYO.
  • If you are not the creator, you must show a screenshot of the creator that explicitly says you can add their design to this species.
    • If the creator has a TOS that says their designs can be added to species, linking their TOS will count.
  • Additional proof of permission must be given if the reference submitted is art that was directly edited by a different artist.
• You can have someone else design for you.
  • The free mochibun will use the owner's "free slot" and not the designer's.
    • Ex: A designs a mochibun for B. B cannot make another free mochibun that month. A can still design 1 free mochibun for themself.

DESIGN GUIDELINES

• Designs must be approved to be used.
  • Any toyhouse profile made before the design is approved must be hidden from public view until approval is given.
  • You cannot post/publicly use the art done for the design until they are approved.
  • If you forgot the first time and forget the second time as well, you will be penalized.
• One of the most commonly asked for edits is to make a close-up of species traits.
  • If doing flavor patterns or unique pupils, a close-up reference of the pupil may be needed due to the size of the eyes on the image.
  • Some poses make ear patterns partially or fully hidden, so a close-up of the ear pattern may be requested.
• Submitted references can be of any form (humanoid, kenomimi, kenomo, feral).
• Submitted references must be fullbody.
  • On-base references are fine, as long as credit is given to the base creator.
• If your mochibun has add-on(s), the add-on(s) must be present on reference.
  • This can either be a visual representation or as lines of text plus some graphic.
  • If there are multiple pieces of the design on the reference, all versions of the character must have the trait present.
    • In additional extra art, it is not required to have togglable traits always "on". But for references, all traits must be represented.
• Only 1 image can be submitted.
  • Ex: If the design has 2 versions, must submit 1 image with both versions and not 2 images with the separate versions.
• Submitted references can be digital or traditional.
  • If traditional, you may be asked to retake the photo of your reference due to potential issues such as saturation from lighting or blurriness of image.
    • We highly recommend taking photo with natural light vs a lamp or using flash.
    • It is also recommended to play around with exposure settings, lighting, luminosity, etc.
• Submitted references must be somewhat complete looking.
  • Sketchier art and art styles are accepted if there is no blatantly visible guidelines/etc.
    • Ex: If you use face guidelines for symmetry, they should be erased.
  • There must be some color.
    • Color should not be notably outside of the lines in multiple places.
    • If skin is unnaturally white (#FFFFFF hex code), blush must be present as white skin is unnaturally colored skin and counts as a hybrid trait.
• Submitted references must be sfw/safe for work.
  • The only nudity allowed for references is barbie doll nudity, otherwise please add censors! Since the Masterlist is public, we want it to be safe for everyone.
  • Submitted references should not have words or other text that is considered problematic or could be potentially triggering.
  • It is fine to have an uncensored version of your reference/etc, but the reference submitted for approval be censored.
• Only 1 image can be submitted.
  • Ex: If the design has 2 versions, must submit 1 image with both versions and not 2 images with the separate versions.
• If your design is fully or partially corrupted, you must have both a corrupted AND uncorrupted reference to submit.

APPROVAL PROCESS

• Designs are submitted for approval by direct messaging mochibun_station with the correct form.
  • Submissions without the proper form will not be processed.
  • We will get back to you within 36 hours, please feel free to poke if it has been longer than 36 hours.
  • Edits may be required before approval can be given.
• After approval, you will be asked to create a TH profile for the character.
  • If you already made a TH profile for the design (that must be hidden until approval is given), please provide a key to the design's profile when submitting design for approval.
• After confirming the new mochibun's TH profile, a Masterlist Entry will be set up for the design on mochibun_station. A request will be sent to link the mochibun's profile and the Masterlist Entry.
  • As stated on the species TOS, the link is required. Penalties will be given to those who refuse or delete Masterlist Entry links.
