Some mochibun have unique traits that aren't common, but not too uncommon either! These traits are things they're either born with or things they grow into later on in life. Mochibuns with these traits aren't unusual, if you go out to a public place where many mochibun are, you'll definitely see one or two with one of these traits.

• Want a big tail? This add-on is for you! Make your mochibun's tail up to 1/3 of their body size.
• The volume of a larger tail comes from the hair on the tail-- it's abnormally long.
  • Hair on Supersize Tail can be trimmed or otherwise styled but grows back fast.
  • While a Supersize Tail bone is longer than a normal tail, it cannot notably move.
• This trait can occur in any mochibun and doesn't particularly have a pattern of how it shows up.

• This add-on lets you add an eye to a mochibun's forehead that is either vertical or horizontal.
  • The pupil shape must match their other eyes.
• This eye gives the mochibun an enhanced ability to detect magic, magical items, magical places, and magical creatures.
  • A third eye can be hidden at will, but it will always be visible when it is being used. Most with one usually like flaunting it and always have it visible. 
• The third eye usually develop when the mochibun is between 50-100 years old. But there are cases where mochibuns have developed the third eye much sooner or much later in their lives. No one has been born with a third eye.

Distressed Mochi / 100g flour

• Allows you to make the mochi "damaged", with bite marks, torn/can see the filling, leaking filling, etc.
• Normally when mochi is damaged, the mochi is just plucked off and a new one grows back new. Or in some cases, the mochi heals itself. But with this add-on, the mochi is permanently damaged/does not grow back correctly. 

• With this add-on, you can have any moon color except black or red.
  • Black and red moons are exclusive to corrupted mochibuns and do not need this add-on to have red or black moons.
• This add-on modifies an existing trait. See trait & design guide for more information on moons in general.

• With this add-on, you can have any shape of clouds.  
  • Can have "normal" AND a specific shape of cloud together (ex: Star AND heart shaped clouds).
  • Shaped clouds cannot resemble humans or specific individuals.
  • Clouds with faces or are shaped like animals are not alive and do not have sentience.
• This add-on modifies an existing trait. See trait & design guide for more information on clouds in general.

• With this add-on, the clouds can produce weather (ex: snow, rain, hail, rainbow, lightning, etc).
  • The type of weather can change, weather can be turned "off".

On this shelf, some rarer and more expensive traits can be purchased. These traits are uncommon to see in mochibuns, but maybe they're the right fit for your bun!

• Allows the holder to use a color for ear pattern/pupil color that is not white or black.
  • Any color can be used, excluding pure black. Darker colors are fine to use, as well as gray.

• Allows the holder to use 2 different Set Flavor Patterns on 1 design OR use a Set Flavor Pattern on 1 ear and an original pattern on the other OR able to make a completely new ear pattern.
• Special Flavors can be be any combination of flavors and/or ingredients. Cannot be a multi-ingredient dish/drink.
  • Ex: beef, cinnamon, coffee, pineapple = okay
  • Ex: pumpkin pie, egg drop soup, boba milk tea = not okay
• While flavors on the set guide can be used, they must be more specific and/or elevated.
  • Ex: "sesame hot chocolate" instead of just "sesame".
• The pattern cannot take over 60% of the ear/the pattern cannot be the dominant color.
  • Patterns cannot be overly similar to existing flavor patterns.

• Allows the holder to turn a mochibun into a mochimono-- see this page for more information.
  • Mochimono = non-rabbit animal for a mochibun.
• This item can only be used for mammalian, non-mythical-animal ears and tail.
• For other animal parts (wings, hooves, etc), a hybrid slice or ticket must be used.

• Allows the holder to have a mochibun with traits from another species.
  • Must have a myo ticket from the other species used as well.
  • The other species cannot be one that majorly conflicts with mochibun traits.
• All of the traits from the other species can be used.

• A hybrid slice allows you to add ONE hybrid trait to your mochibun.
  • Hybrid = mochibun (rabbit kenomimi) with non-organic, fantasy and/or etc parts.
  • See the this page for more details on what hybrid traits are.
• Can stack with other hybrid slices.

Unsatisfied with your mochibun and want to change something? They can be redesigned as long as they are 80% recognizable to the original design and species traits remain unchanged-- see the design submission guide page for more info. But if you want to go further, consider buying one of the following items so you can take more liberties when redesigning! Items expire after a single usage. • For a 2 star rank, change if they have unique ear pattern or unique mochi.
• For a 4 star rank, change if they have unique pupil shape(s) or unique mochi. 
• After changing, the old design cannot be used.

• Change the flavor from one set flavor to another set flavor.
• After changing, the old design cannot be used.

• Change the star rank of your mochibun.
• After changing, the old design cannot be used.

• Able to change flavor AND star rank.
• After changing, the old design cannot be used.

Some mochibuns have mysterious conditions usually described as "illnesses" or "curses". Sometimes it is something the mochibun has had from birth. Other times, it is randomly gained later in life like an illness, or as a side effect of an injury. Since there seems to be no pattern in how one can get one of these, they are referred to commonly as "conditions". Those with these conditions usually live independently of mochibun society or very sheltered lives. It's not shameful to have one of these conditions, but it is highly unusual. Some view them as bad, while others view them as good-- it depends on who you ask. Read more about them on the biology page!

• The mochibun doesn't have mochi.
  • This can be because of a defective gene, injury, magical imbalance, etc. Sometimes they just stop growing.

• This condition means that the mochibun has multiple eyes, unusual colored sclera, or both.
• Cannot have a singular forehead eye unless third eye add-on was bought.
• The eyes can have normal pupils or flavor pattern pupils.
  • Multiple pupils are okay.
  • Unique pupils can only be used if the mochibun's normal 2 eyes have a unique pupil shape(s), and it is limited to only those shapes.
• The sclera can be any color/different eyes can have different color sclera.
  • Any color can be used for the scleras, BUT the standard 2 eyes cannot have black sclera.
  • Black sclera of standard eyes is a corruption exclusive trait. Any other scleras can be black otherwise.
• The eyes can be hidden from view/shielded with magic or magical items, but cannot be permanently removed.
  • Eyes can "change places", where some go away over time and others appear.
• Floating eyes can be manifested around mochibun at will.

• With this condition, plants grow from a mochibun's flesh. 
  • The plant can be any species, with a maximum amount of 5 different plant species.
    • Can include glowing/bioluminescent or otherwise supernatural plants.
    • Plants can be rotting/dead/etc.
  • Plants grow abnormally fast. It's  highly advised against eating/using them.
  • Plants can grow internally/inside the mochibun's body. External growth is just more common.
• Hurting the plants doesn't hurt the mochibun, but ripping out the plants will because they're rooted in the skin.

Rotting / 300g flour

• Mochibuns with this condition can have wrap around scars, have detachable body parts and/or be visibly rotting.
  • Can have different colored patches of skin within the range of human skin tone.
    • Can only be colors within the human skintone range unless hybrid slice used.
  • Can have any color blood/puss/etc oozing from body parts.
    • Blood must be red unless hybrid slice used.
  • Can have dripping/melting body parts.
• Despite rotting, they're able to act/function as normal.

• Blood and tears solidify into minerals/crystals after being exposed to oxygen after 3-10 seconds.
  • Other body fluids are not affected.
  • The type of crystal can be any precious stone (diamond, ruby, sapphire, etc).
    • Must be something that can be found in nature and cannot be radioactive.
    • The atomic structures of the crystals are not different from naturally formed crystals.
  • The type of crystal depends on the mochibun's mood, diet, genetics, environment, etc.
• Occasionally, the mochibun has to hack up chunks of crystal if the condition is particularly advanced.

• Allows holder to fully corrupt a mochibun.
  • See the corruption page for more information!
• The corrupted version should be used more than the non-corrupted version, but it is fine to use both.
