Meeting Soleli, one will quick to be find that she is a blunt and bossy person that consistently expecting others to submit to her espesically when it comes to pulling a good show. Resistance or performance which fails to meet her expectations spurs her to anger. However, even then, she has moments where she can come off as being bright, energetic and athletic. Due to being effectively a teenager as a result of being a Raboot and what happened to her parents, the rabbit alternates between melancholy and incredible optimism, often unpredictably due to her hesitation to share her feelings with others. Her boundless energy and confidence has a continuous need for an outlet. Because of this, those close to her spend considerable effort in setting up adventures for her to keep her from being bored. One thing that should be noted about Soleli is that she is driven primarily by her desire to live an extraordinary life. She will enjoys being the center of attention, and her schemes often stem from her desire to receive it. Perhaps it's her way of coping with the fact her parents have been out of her life for some time.

- Due to her ability, she has alternative forms seen here.
- She wears her eviolite as a pin on the side of her headband.
- The flames that tends to come from her body when she uses Blaze Kick take on a purple hue.
- Whenever she needs to perform with the Muse, she tends to wear a outfit akin to that of a ringmaster.
BACKGROUND
THE STORY OF A RISING RABBIT
Becoming the Head of Entertainmet Division is no easy feat. It involve going though quite a bit of trials and tribulations as a means to even receive the opportunity to take the tests set up for those willing to take that position. One has the carry the natural talent of being able to perform under the gaze of various Pokemon and be able to direct others in certain acts that allows to shine brightly to the public. Not only that but one has to have the deep desire to bring some form of joy in one's heart and give them something to distract them from the horrors of life as a means to inspire them. However, Soleli was not someone who was given the position of head of this department as a result of going through a test. With the previous Head of the Entertainment Division [Cinderace named Messi] being involved in some questionable things, he would run away from the position, leading to Soleli to step forth in order to salvage her father's legacy.
For over a decade, a Cinderace named Messi was a face of the Head of the Entertainment Division. Often carrying a smile on his face and having his paws in the many forms of entertainment in the world, the man always carried the goal of being the mortal version of Meloetta. He dreamed to inspire others and bring a smile on their face through whatever leisure he is able to build up. For many of the members of the Union, he was by far a well-respected man that some even go to for advice. Messi was married to a Hawlucha named Alvaro, and the two would have Soleli. They loved their daughter with all of their heart and always shower her with praise and attention. So how was it that Messi would go from a highly regarded Union member to infamous traitor to the Union? No one knows, but it happened. The death of a noble would be Messi's undoing, and he would flee alongside Alvaro. However, Messi would leave Soleli in Garran's care, wanting what was best for his daughter. For a time, temporary heads remained in place for the Entertainment Division until Soleli became old enough to take over. Not only did she want to save the Ifrit' legacy, but she wanted to make use of position to find out the truth of what happened to her father.

- Blaze Kick: The user launches a kick that has a heightened chance of landing a critical hit. This may also leave the target with a burn. (Learned From Father)
TRIVIA
- If Soleli had a canon voice, it would sound like this.
- At some point, I had to completely redo this profile because for some reason, the contents of it was deleted? I don't understand what happened there.
- I try to challenge myself in simplifying Soleli's design in terms of both her regular and other typed forms.
- As a note when it comes to her forms of different types, I made a mistake of not saving the original CSP file so I had to edit over the PNG file to get those forms.
