"It's not the destination, it's the journey."
Ramuh is a adventurer that will do all what it takes to explore the various ends of the world to learn whatever secrets it holds. Of course, he will try to be careful in the process as the last thing he needs is to somehow get himself killed and disturb history. Ramuh isn't one who cares about pointless killing and senseless violence as he views it as being a waste of time. A bit ironic, given the ones he have a crush on. Ramuh carries a strong and positive outlook for the Union, dedicating his whole life in ensuring that Union carry a great reputation. Perhaps that's why he carries a a strong sense of loyalty and never once question the orders of his Boss. However, if innocents are harm under the Union name, he will not hesitate to stab them in the back if necessary. He does value the lives of others over his own. Mind you. Ramuh is willing to take responsibility for his actions as he is lawfully good. There are times that he often bump heads with Sirius about how he go about things as he is often forced to work alongside him. As much as he love him, it's hard to deal with a Lucario that has the tendency to enjoy getting on your nerves often and often question your morality.

- His mega form can be seen here.
- If you pay closely to his face, he does have black freckles on both sides of his cheeks.
- He keeps his mega stone on a scarf that he tends to wrap around his neck. He often keeps it hidden on the inside of his scarf.
- When you remove the covering over his eyes, the color is shown to be bright red.
BACKGROUND
THE STORY OF THE ASTRAL DRAGON
Becoming the Head of Exploration Division is no easy feat. It involves going though quite a bit of trials and tribulations as a means to even receive the opportunity to take the tests set up for those willing to take that position. It's no secret that it takes a level of courage and special level of curiosity to explore a land that holds man secrets. Not only that, but one has to be quite cautious to avoid the possibilities of ruining the land or causing anything to be lost in the sands of time. Ramuh was one of the lucky guys to receive the opportunity to take over the position after the previous Head of the Exploration Division [Meowstic named Celeste] announced Ramuh would be taken over her position as her successor.
Born to a Flygon and Butterfree, not much is known about the life of Ramuh during his time with his family outside of a few small details. From what he bothers to say, he is older brother of Shiva, and the two of them came from a well-off family. Something would occur during teens that led him cut off all ties with everyone within his family side and be taken under the wing of Celeste with his sibling by his side. With a keen eye for discovering the unknown and his ability to build healthy bonds with others to assist him on his explorations, Celeste decided to test the young man by seeking out a tomb related to a God. To her surprise, he would succeed, leading to Celeste giving him the chance to take over her role. Ramuh accepted this, pushing for those who work under him discover the secrets of the world.

TRIVIA
- If Ramuh had a canon voice, he would sound like this.
- I did use a bit of Suzaku Kururugi's personality to work out Ramuh's character as I wanted to contrast his partners.
- Ramuh is not his actual birth name. However, you will never find out what that name is since it's not something I care to share.
- I had originally considered making his role something pertaining to space with his design but decided against that since it didn't seem to work well for the Union.
