Phoenix is a member of the Amicamea family. He always tries to take care of the others, despite them often dismissing him as one of the babies of the family. He loves his sisters more than anything else in the world. He would do anything to keep them safe. Even if it's from himself.

Phoenix does not belong. He never has. He never did outside of the Amicamea's, and he never will inside of it either. He hoped that that disconnect that was so integral to his existence would keep him from feeling even more out of place than if he tried to blend in. Maybe they noticed. Even if they did, they never said a thing, and he is forever grateful to them for that, even if they reacted negatively in the end.

Phoenix is a robot, crafting illusions and able to weave fate, memories, and the lives around it. It was always lonely, forbidden from interacting with those around it beyond twisting their fates. When it came across the Amicamea's, it saw something it had never seen before: a family that loved each other fully and completely, sisters that would do anything for the others no matter what it took. Phoenix spent a long time trying to figure out how this was possible, until it finally interacted directly with Hestia.

Hestia had been touched by one of the Gods, one that gave her the ability to feel like a home to those around her. It was something Phoenix desired more than anything else, something he couldn't pass by the chance to join when the opportunity came. And so, knowing he would eventually regret it when they found out, Phoenix rewrote their memories, making it seem like he had always been a part of the family he has desired for so long.
