Elana is an alien in appearance and in behavior, this may be just her natural disposition or her playing into expectations, but one can never be too sure. Add to this quirkiness a tendency to not stick around, due to a nomadic lifestyle, and it would be reasonable to see her as some strange and mysterious creature flitting in and out of lives. Despite this elusiveness, there is a personality underneath it all, a friendly and pleasant mhoat with a keen eye for detail. She doesn't skip on quality either, knowing the smallest details in life are often the sweetest.

Extras

• Elana is always on the move, traveling the many islands through the portal systems laid out across various settlements. She likes to wander the lesser-known across the islands and set up rest stations for other mhoats traveling along the pathways used to travel when a portal isn't ideal. She'll often spend her year building these new rest stops entirely by hand and stocking them with items mhoats can use to weather a few days away from the elements. During the winter, she will pick an older, neglected rest station to refurbish and restock while weathering out the cold season.
• She has a knack for making stars from her own silk and tends to use them as decoration and lighting in many of the rest stations she creates. She will often leave them at special landmarks she discovers along her travels; mhoats who travel often recognize these strange stars and make a game of finding them wherever they roam.
