Powers

Pharilaws are members of the Magic Power class. Their power may be odd, but it is extremely useful. They can create a physical manifestation of words in the form of constructs that literally do what they say. "Munch" creates a chomping mouth, "block" creates a protective wall, and "punch" flies at the enemy like a fist. These are just examples of what the power can do, the only limitations are the pharilaw's vocabulary. Thanks to this power the pharilaws are among the most formidable of Cain's artificial emotibeasts.

Appearance

Pharilaws look pretty mysterious for emotibeasts. They have silky bodies made out of clothes instead of flesh and blood. They are composed of a robe, cowl, and a large scarf that acts as its hands. It has two pointy legs to tiptoe around with and a hollow inside you could stick your hand into, but that would be considered extremely rude for a pharilaw. They come in varying sizes just like actual clothes. 

Other

By nature pharilaws are law abiding members of the specter social class. They follow the rules set out by them and try to get others to do the same. They get rather frustrated when interacting with a rule breaker, but try their best not to get violent about it. Some of them get drawn to the see during night time and stare out at the horizon as little fragments of khostlee DNA surface.

Story

Pharilaws were the first artificial emotibeasts made by Cain during his rule. They are made from the pelts of trickjas, and the moonstone heart of a khostlee. Cain would crush the hearts and sew them into the pelts before he would go on to further transform the materials into the pharilaws we know today.  The artificial emotibeasts were designed to follow the orders of the galax bloodline. Pharilaws were assigned to patrol the island and uphold the laws set by Cain. When he was defeated by Rage, the pharilaws  behaved like machines and deactivated after they and the other artificial emotibeasts sealed themselves in chambers under the cities of the island. It wasn't until Sola and the children of Cain surfaced that the pharilaws and others became active again, thought this time they were commanded to be given free will thanks to Cain's daughter, Promina.

Trivia

● Pharilaws are a little bit gullible since they just follow whatever rule is set out before them.

● Like khostlees, pharilaws enjoy water. They can survive in it without having to resurface.

● Pharilaws love to eat paper, something about the words on paper makes it their favorite meal.

● You can rip and tear the fabric of a pharilaw to kill it.

● The way Pharilaws use their scarf hands is eerily similar to how Trickjas use their hair hands
