A larger than life guy who's loud, boisterous and energetic. Mustang is very self-assured and not at all humble about his successes in the slightest, he's a goddamn rock sensation, he knows it, you know it, deal with it! But naturally of course a very fun and charismatic individual and he genuinely wants everyone to be in as good a mood as he is. Unfortunately, he's also an egotistical and obnoxious party animal who's addicted to an abundance of pleasures like sex and alcohol. This perverse, pushy attitude of his can easily rub people the wrong way, especially those of a more serious disposition, as he certainly never seems to take anything seriously himself.

An aspiring musician since childhood, Mustang practically won the lottery when his peculiarity developed as the power to manipulate sounds, the perfect ability to help him with his dream. Naturally as he became adept at utilising this power, he and his band of close friends shot to stardom by using it to alter their sound mid-performance. However, this skyrocket towards success is what caused Mustang to become a fame-obsessed, polygamous party animal with an ego the size of a city, so oops. In his downtime between lightning strikes of musical inspiration, he decided to join Peculiar Ops with his roommate Dana as a way of promoting his music career further through public work.

Synopsis

He ends up as part of the social circle Mavis finds herself trapped within at Peculiar Ops, and his ego is delighted to find that the cute new girl is a hardcore fan of his band. It is this that actually sees Mustang continuously push Mavis into the group's activities, oblivious to her hopes of laying low within the agency.
