PROFILE
The world of Fallen Impar is most certainly a different world compared to Pokémon World. As it stands, the world of Impar is one that is not only filled with Pokémon and humans. Oh no. Demons, angels and all kinds of oddities exist within this universe. However, to avoid disturbing the order of the world, these beings keep themselves in realms that rest opposite of Impar, only visiting the realm if they wish to explore the unknown. However, one has to wonder how Impar itself was created. We do know Arceus and Mew were involved in the process, but few are aware of what created this world. There are theories, but most are proven wrong. The answer itself is quite simple.
The plates are how the world was created.
These elemental spirits gave the ingredients needed for a world to be born. Their mere presence inspired the world to adapt to what was needed. They gave Pokemon their type and the legends that once held them the powers they would be known for. However, for decades, many regarded these spirits as nothing more than tools for Rose. They thought that they lacked sentience and the ability to feel human emotions. These mortals were wrong in their assumption. Oh, so wrong.
Here we have Usagi. Usagi is the Chaotic Plate (or ??? Plate) and has the title of the ??? Spirit. There was a time where Usagi was once the Normalis Plate and wasn't as chaotic as he is now. Only a handful of Petals and Legendary Gods recall what his old variation was like, as no one has seen in it centuries. Honestly, it's not like that it truly matters as the existence of Usagi isn't someone you can truly ignore. After all, the male is the embodiment of chaos and madness. His mere presence is enough to make others question if he understands if logic exists. If you must know, he knows what logic is. He just chose to ignore it. :)
PERSONALITY
Usagi's notoriety stems from being one of the most chaotic and very dangerous plates due to his typing and overall personality. He is constantly breaking the fourth wall and bewildering others with atypical behavior. The extent of his behavior range from making it rain tacos, changing into a chihuahua with strawberries for feet, or saying things that would lead you to a world of confusion. Unless you tick him off, Usagi tends to be a laidback man that enjoys ridiculing others through pushing the boundaries of their comfort level. He will never kill anyone that he's fond of due to acknowledging that he can go overboard with it, and his master (Rose) doesn't usually allow it. His love for Rose is so strong that Rose uses it to prevent Usagi from doing anything that would break the foundation of logic.
If you get close to Rose (and Usagi just so happens to dislike you), you will be quick to notice how deceptive, hostile, and distrusting the male can be. In a way, he partially fears that you will end up taking over his position as Rose's favorite! Due to that, it's not surprising to see the male become violently jealous and immature to those who get too close to Rose. One can assume that Usagi loves Rose as he was one of the few people to accept him for who he is. He's so fixated on obtaining the love of Rose because he's the only "real" thing in his life. Even if the male doesn't return his feeling, he is determined to do whatever he can to please the male through whatever means necessary. To him, he strives to see Rose's happiness.

Appearance
Usagi stands at the height of 6’6 feet(or 198.12 cm) tall. At the weight of 204.6 lbs (93 kg), Usagi has a decently built body with the occasional muscle here and there. The muscles themselves are noticeable due to the garb he chooses to wear. The male has a rich brown skin tone. Usagi's shoulder-length hair is divided evenly between two colors. The front half of his hair is white, while the back is black. His bangs are swept to the left side of his face, covering his right eye. With red teardrop markings under his eyes, Usagi's pupils are pinkish-red while his scleras are black. Completing his looks are a pair of black rabbit ears on his head and black, scar-like markings along his skin.
Usagi's attire consists of black shorts ripped at the bottom with a belt hanging loosely off of it. On his feet are black boots with striped socks. Completing the outfit is a golden collar with a chain attached to it. The male carries a black cane with a golden handle shaped into a rabbit's head.
Design NOTES
- Usagi can make his rabbit ears appear and disappear on command. Most of the time, he keeps his ears out because Rose likes them out, and he enjoys having the male rub them.
- This is a similar case with his cane. While he may not use it often, he can summon it if he feels the need to use it for whatever reason.
- Occasionally, Usagi wears a white mask with an 'X' where the mouth is and black dots where his eyes should be. This mask is a nod to Nee's face in her 'true form'.
- While Usagi can't remove his collar, he can make the chain attach to it vanish if he needs to. He's often seen without it unless Rose is around.
- This chain can be used as a weapon for Usagi to use to drag an enemy closer to him or a means for him to drag out whatever he intends to summon at the moment.i
- If Usagi's collar turns black, that's a warning to run away from him as it means his collar is unable to hold back Usagi's powers.
- It should be noted that this is Usagi's personal symbol.
- Usagi can't keep his clothes intact as they always find a way to become ripped in some way. It's why he often chooses to wear shorts and boots.
- With how often he gets into a fight, it's no surprise that Usagi is a very scarred man. It doesn't bother him as he believes scars are beautiful.
- Then again, this is the type of man who has a relatively high healing factor, so bruises, scars, and wounds don't tend to stay long on his body. It's something that does seem to bother Usagi.
- Usagi's eyes are a rather amusing thing. The pupils in Usagi's eyes often become hearts whenever he's around Rose. Whenever Usagi is using his Madness Manipulation, his pupils become question marks, and his voice becomes more distorted to the point it's hard to hear what he's saying.

Chaos Manipulation/Power Lottery
Being the chaotic plate, the male has access to Chaos Manipulation. The chaotic nature of this power grants Usagi unpredictability in battles that he channels into an ability known as Power Lottery. Power Lottery gives Usagi every power imaginable at the cost of dealing with his powers constantly randomizing. The male can't control what he receives but doesn't mind as he can be quite adaptive with his powers. Well, most of the time. Through concentration, Usagi can grasp what powers he wishes to use. It can be a bit of a pain due to the collar that he wears stopping him from pushing his power to its limits.
Summoning
The male can summon minions. These minions fit into three categories: Boss, Soldiers, and Children. The Soldiers are mindless bunny creatures/Pokemon that follow almost all of Usagi's orders. The Children are three Buneary that are considered Usagi's favorite bunnies. They consist of Pun, Lop, and Nee. Boss is Usagi's special rabbit that embodies the chaos and madness that flows through him. Boss goes under the name of Elliot.
Madness Manipulation
There is a reason why Usagi has the collar around his neck. The item exists to push back the male's use of madness manipulation. This power allows Usagi to absorb, create, control, and manipulate madness of himself, others, or the madness energy around. This manipulation lets Usagi increase, decrease, and cause the level of insanity, allowing him to manifest the emotional energy to the physical level and gain power from it. One should avoid this power as it can permanently break (or kill) anyone who may come in contact with this maddening power. A good example of someone who experienced the effects of this power is Yumi (Fallen! Latias). Due to this, Rose will never let Usagi use this after witnessing how this power can affect a God.
???/Normal Moves
Having once been the Normal plate, Usagi has access to normal moves. There are a few normal moves that he can't use, such as "Multi-Attack" and normal type z-moves. The male rarely uses these moves, as he never saw a need for them. Of course, "Metronome" is an exception due to the variety of moves he can use through it, and it works well with his 'Power Lottery' ability. The male also has access to '???' moves. It is unclear what '???' are and what moves they entail. One has stated they are similar to Shadow moves. Whether that is the case is unclear as the male barely uses them.
LIKES
- Rabbits. He's always collecting new ones! He needs more Soldiers for his little army, and the Children need some friends!
- Chaos. The male practically feeds off of it! Give him more chaos pleaseeee as it makes him grow so much stronger.
- Rose. "I love my master~! He's the best! He's hot, smart, and such a great leader! I love love love him!"
DISLIKES
- Chains. Ironic considering the one attach to his collar but he's not too much a fan of it since it resticts him.
- Anyone that hurts the people he cares about (mostly Rose). Usagi is protective of those he loves to the point he will not hestiate killing those who harm them.
- Order. Order is just sooooooo boring compared to chaos.
Trivia
- Usagi is well-versed in the fourth wall and has the tendency to break it whenever he can. He often mentions how our strings are being handled by eldritch beings.
- Compared to Hyde, Usagi is a bit more of the cartoony and violent side of things in terms of attitude.
- Usagi and Hyde carry similar traits when it comes to their designs such as their hair, ears, voices and the cane they carry.
- Usagi took some time figuring out what power I wanted to give him other than his Summoning and Power Lottery.
