PROFILE
The world of Fallen Impar is most certainly a different world compared to Pokémon World. As it stands, the world of Impar is one that is not only filled with Pokémon and humans. Oh no. Demons, angels and all kinds of oddities exist within this universe. However, to avoid disturbing the order of the world, these beings keep themselves in realms that rest opposite of Impar, only visiting the realm if they wish to explore the unknown. However, one has to wonder how Impar itself was created. We do know Arceus and Mew were involved in the process, but few are aware of what created this world. There are theories, but most are proven wrong. The answer itself is quite simple.
The plates are how the world was created.
These elemental spirits gave the ingredients needed for a world to be born. Their mere presence inspired the world to adapt to what was needed. They gave Pokemon their type and the legends that once held them the powers they would be known for. However, for decades, many regarded these spirits as nothing more than tools for Rose. They thought that they lacked sentience and the ability to feel human emotions. These mortals were wrong in their assumption. Oh, so wrong.
Here we have Neva. Neva is the Icicle Plate and has the title of the Ice Spirit. Being one of Rose's most trusted plates, it's no surprise that Neva takes the role of being the leader of the Rose's Petals. She is the one that keeps the group in check and always make sure that they don't end up fucking up in some way. She carries a strong affection for Mother (the ruler of Nirvana aka the Angelic Realm). It's to the point that she often offer a prayer to her at least once per day. It's hard to break through the icy front that she puts up as she is quite determined to avoid being seen as weak.
PERSONALITY
When it comes to Petals, Neva appears to one of the more 'sane' ones. She doesn't tolerate the shenanigans of the other plates, but she learned to deal with it. After all, it is hard to control the behavior of 'these strange children'. Neva is a strong-willed woman who speaks truthfully (and bluntly for that matter). She is courageous, determined, and carry a resolve to follow her own morals. The female prefers direct, fair confrontations based upon codes of chivalry. Neva is also loyal, independent, and reserved. She can come off as being cold due to suppressing her emotions to focus on her goals. Neva is a serious person who devotes herself to whatever task she's given. Underneath her serious exterior, Neva is a kind-hearted person that wants to make sure nothing goes wrong. She is perceptive when it comes to the others' feelings and their troubles.
Iris describes the female as being a 'fish-out-of-water' when it comes to understanding certain modern concepts. This seems to relate to her disconnect from all things human, her rejection of all things modern and lack of 'proper' interactions with folks of current times. A good example of this is her lack of response when it comes to people walking in on her while she's naked. In honesty, the female's gender means so little to her as she views it as being "just a thing". Despite this, the female can be insecure when it comes to her worth. It's one of the reasons she always set herself as being a loyal servant to Rose as she fears being thrown away if she doesn't meet his standard. It's why she cares greatly about others' opinions and can get hurt easily from the things they say. For this reasoning alone, the Petals are careful with the things they say regarding her.

Appearance
Neva stands at the height of 5'11 ft (180.34 cm) tall. Weighing 158.4 lbs (71.8 kg), Neva has a slim built with most of her muscles found in her legs. With slightly pale skin, the female wears blue lipstick and matching colored eyeliner. The female has grayish blue eyes and baby blue hair pinned in a ponytail with the bangs framing both sides of her face that come down to her neck.
Neva's attire consists of black and blue armor (composed of a helm that rests on her head, pauldrons, gauntlets, greaves, and a tunic). Attached to her tunic is a long, rectangular cloth that comes down to her knees with a black to blue gradient. The female also wears shorts though you can't really see it due to her tunic.
Design NOTES
- Neva's hair comes down to the middle of his back. She was originally planning on cutting it, but decided against it after Hotaru stated that she thought she looked really nice with long hair.
- When Neva is using her Sacred Ice Manipulation, her hair becomes white, and her eyes become gold. On her back, a blue symbol of what looked to be feathered wings is seen on her back.
- As you can guess, this transformation stems from drawing on a bit of Mother's powers. In fact, the more she used the power, the more she become more angelic looking. Hell, she can even gain icy wings akin to Mother.
- Found on the palm of her hand is this symbol.
- This symbol is meant to symbolize her bond with Hotaru. This mark is Hotaru's personal symbol.
- Neva isn't very fond of wearing casual clothes as she doesn't believe that the garbs really work well for her. As such, he would prefer to wear armor and traditional garbs.
- Various bruises, scars and wounds are found throughout her body that is often hidden behind the clothes she wore. Given her fighting style, it's no surprise she has as many as she does. She does have a burn scar from a battle with Agni on her left shoulder. She isn't really fond of thinking abut it. Hell, the only one who's really allowed to touch it is Hotaru.
- Neva does paint her nails every once in a while. Most of the time, she tends to use various shades of blue and the occasional white.
- Hanging off her hip is her sword that she very rarely use in battle. She mostly keeps in its sheath. While she can simply make it appear and disappear on command, she often chooses not to as a means to throw off her enemy durng battle when she use her actual main weapon (her shield).
- Whenever she gets serious during battle, she often slides her helm down over her eyes as smoke flows off the very edge of it.

Sacred Ice Manipulation
Neva is blessed with the Sacred Ice Manipulation as a result of praying and offering her support to the Mother of Nirvana. With this, Neva can create, shape, and manipulate holy ice that's highly effective against the supernatural. In her case, this ice is effective against all these demonic or with a connection to sins. With this ice, the female is able to do all things ice related to it. However, one of her preferred use of it centers around healing herself with it.
Shield Manipulation
While the female does have a sword, the female rarely uses it. Her preferred weapon of choice is her Shield. With Shield Manipulation, Neva can create, shape, and manipulate shields, shaping and combining them as needed. Neva's shields are interesting they can be divided into three sections: Absorb/Attack, Physical Defense and Special Defense. Her Absorb/Attack takes whatever attacks delivered to it and send it back in a force equivalent to Revenge when Neva slammed it back against the enemy. Physical Defense defends the female from physical moves. Special Defense defends the female from special moves. The female is able to combine the shields and has additional shields besides what is mentioned.
Chess Mimicry
Chess Mimicry is what turns Neva into a one man (woman?) army. With this, the female can enter forms based on each of the pieces of the Chess. Each piece has certain abilities that are drawn directly from their abilities in the game and some that are conceptually connected to them. King Form has Army Manipulation, the ability to create and control an army(made entirely of ice in Neva's case). Queen Form has Enhanced Condition, the ability to possess a physical and mental condition beyond the peak of human condition. Rook Form has Enhanced Crafting, the ability to craft weapons, armor, items, artifacts, structures, etc. flawlessly. Bishop Form has Divine Force Manipulation, the ability to manipulate context, objects, or concepts that have been deemed holy, pure, or sacred. Knight Form has Chivarly, the ability to use the abilities/powers of the noble knight archetype. Pawn Form has Enhanced Combat, the ability to possess enhanced levels of hand-to-hand fighting skills and excel in various forms of combat.
Ice Moves
Being the ice plate, Neva has accessed to ice moves. The female is unable to use legendary signature moves and ice z moves. The female's favorite move is "Ice Hammer". The reason he likes this move because she enjoys the damage the moves does. While the female's speed lowers as a result of using it, she doesn't mind. A interesting thing to note is that the female can user Pokemon moves with shield within their names, fairy moves and even some moves some knight/chess related Pokemon can learn.
LIKES
- The cold. Can you blame her? She's the Ice Plate for Arceus' sake! How could she not like it?
- Mother. He worships the Holy Mother and always ask for her prayer before battle.
- Hotaru. Hotaru is so kind and always there for her whenever she needs her.
DISLIKES
- Agni. Considering Agni is a fire based demon plate, do you blame her for not liking the plate espesically considering how often he lash out at her?
- Being useless. She absolutely hates it and strives to do whatever she can to be worthy.
- Petals' shenanigans. Someone please save her from them. She always end up with a headache when she deals with them.
Trivia
- Neva was partially based off of Saber from Fates series.
- Neva is meant to act as a more physical based version of Icy who didn't rely on servants to fight.
- I chose to give Neva a shield as her main weapon instead of a sword to be a bit more unique with the weapons plates use.
- If Neva had a canon voice, she would sound like this.
