PROFILE
The world of Fallen Impar is most certainly a different world compared to Pokémon World. As it stands, the world of Impar is one that is not only filled with Pokémon and humans. Oh no. Demons, angels and all kinds of oddities exist within this universe. However, to avoid disturbing the order of the world, these beings keep themselves in realms that rest opposite of Impar, only visiting the realm if they wish to explore the unknown. However, one has to wonder how Impar itself was created. We do know Arceus and Mew were involved in the process, but few are aware of what created this world. There are theories, but most are proven wrong. The answer itself is quite simple.
The plates are how the world was created.
These elemental spirits gave the ingredients needed for a world to be born. Their mere presence inspired the world to adapt to what was needed. They gave Pokemon their type and the legends that once held them the powers they would be known for. However, for decades, many regarded these spirits as nothing more than tools for Rose. They thought that they lacked sentience and the ability to feel human emotions. These mortals were wrong in their assumption. Oh, so wrong.
Here we have Raiden. Raiden is the Zap Plate and has the title of the Electric Spirit. Raiden is similar to Ryoko in some aspects. For him, he's focused on making sure he complete whatever task Rose ask him to do as a means to make him happy and pleased with his work. The Shinobi can be quite the workaholic and stives to avoid relaxing since he's not usually the fan of not doing anything. He carries a soft spot for kids, often going out out of his way to protect any he stumble upon from harm. In fact, he can often be very overprotective of them to the point he often bump head with Imparverse Zap regarding how parenting skills.
PERSONALITY
There are several beliefs of how a ninja should act. According to Raiden, one has to have a deep understanding of their inner self. This self-awareness is one that allows one to pick up their strengths, weaknesses, and influences in both their lives and others. In his eyes, a ninja should be clear with their intentions, commitments and personal motivation in life. As a ninja, these are the personality traits that mean life and death in a ninja’s line of work. These personality traits are ones that Raiden possesses. One can say Raiden is the stereotypical ideal of what a ninja should be. Even Raiden himself admits this but he doesn't seem too bothered by it.
Outside of this, Raiden is known to be a gentleman, and few can argue about that specific fact. He treats those of higher authority than himself with the utmost respect and courtesy and extends that same politeness to those around him. He has a high regard for the rules and expects he and others should follow them, often frowning upon rebellious acts as a result. The male tends to keeps his personal feelings to himself and has an easier time listening to one's problem than talk about his own. It could be because he prefers not to talk about his problems. He has a bit of a temper that only pop up if you push him.

Appearance
Raiden stands at the height of 6'3 ft (190.5 cm) tall. Weighing 154.6 lbs (70.3 kg), Raiden has a well-built body with muscular legs. With slightly tan skin, the male has blond hair with the bang partially framing the left side of his face and a small ponytail. His eyes are bright blue and light blue fern-leaf patterns often appear on his skin whenever he uses his White Lightning. These patterns do take some time to fade away once they appear. A arc-shaped marking rest underneath his eyes.
Raiden's attire consists of what looks to be a yellow skirt covering his black hakama tucked into his black and yellow boots. Completing the outfit is a headband tied across his forehead that flows behind him and a black and red kitsune mask.
Design NOTES
- The pic seen at the top is what Raiden looks without his mask. He doesn't really believe he looks good and can get flustered whenever anyone looks at his face (and proceed to compliment him).
- The markings found throughout his body that appear due to his White Lightning Manipulation seem to come as some result of him being connected to Mother to some extent. It's not to the same level as Neva.
- The fox mask on his was a gift that Raiden received from Orin. Orin knew that Raiden wasn't that fond of others looking at his face and figured that he would appreciate having this. He would be correct.
- This leads to the point that Raiden is more comfortable with Rose and Orin looking at his face. Matbe Agatha too, but mostly the other two.
- Every once in a while, Raiden is seen wearing a straw hat and a loose fitting jacket over his chest. However, there's appear to be a running gag where those two often break in the middle of whatever battle he ends up in at the moment.
- Raiden doesn't really care to wear any special clothing. He's fine with wearing anything that won't interfere with his mission.
- As with other Petals, Raiden is relatively scarred. Intersting enough, he takes great pride in that. One of his severe scars is the one found on his back when he ended up fighting against Zap.
- Found on the palm of his hand is this symbol here.
- This symbol is meant to represent his bond with Orin. This mark is Orin's personal symbol.
- Raiden rarely keeps his hair long due to not having a personal interest in long hair. As such, he often cuts his hair pretty short.

White Manipulation
White Lightning Manipulation is one of Raiden's main power. With White Lightning Manipulation, Raiden can create, shape and manipulate electricity of beneficial nature; that which strengthens enhances and causes anything/everything it comes across to flourish. Raiden can heal himself and others through the use of this lightning. Raiden can damage those who are considered corrupted (and those who are demonic in nature) through the use of this lightning, making this power useful. This power is also capable of holding its own against Zap's Black Lightning.
Martial Arts Intutions
Being a ninja, it's not shocking that Raiden has Martial Arts Intutions, the ability to intuitively understand all martial arts. With this power, the male is able to things such as Adoptive Muscle Memory (the ability to replicate movements after observation), Combat Perception (the ability to understand how a person thinks and fights in combat), Enhanced Combat (the ability to possess enhanced levels of hand-to-hand fighting skills and excel in various forms of combat), Maximum Concentration Capacity (the ability to fully use 100% of one's concentration) and Pressure Point Intuition (possess extensive, if not innate, knowledge of others' pressure points and nerve clusters).
Electrical Enhanced Condition
To push himself to his fullest capacities, Raiden relies on his Electrical Enhanced Condition, the ability to enhance his physical and mental attributes using electricity to stimulate the nerves. With this, Raiden is able to jump extraordinary distances due to the increase in strength or react faster due to mental amplification. It's similar to Zap enhancing his speed with his electricity but more widespread. The male can become overcharged if the male uses the power too much. Being overcharged seemed to cause Raiden to become jittery and hyper.
Electric Moves
Being the electric plate, Raiden has accessed to electric moves. Raiden doesn't have access to legendary signature moves and electric z-moves. Raiden's favorite move is Thunderbolt. Thunderbolt is his favorite move due to its accuracy and how easily the man can channel the attack into his weapon of choice. The male has access to a few non-electric moves akin to that of a ninja. For example, he knows Smokescreen, Shadow Sneak, and Agility. This allows the male to have a diverse movepool.
LIKES
- Fishing. He likes to spend some time fishing whenever he gets the chance. He's not sure why but it can often be relaxing.
- Rain. He loves the advantage he has during it and how soothing it can be to listen to.
- Children. The male does have a fondness for the little tykes and will do whatever he can to protect them.
DISLIKES
- Having his mask removed. He hates how he looks and will always wear a mask as a means to hide it.
- Zap. He hates how he 'destroys' the code of what it means to be a ninja and the fact the male allows himself to continue to be a Shadow.
- Anything social related. He's not a fan of being in a crowd/being around so many people. He's just not a social person.
Trivia
- I gave Raiden his White Lightning to contrast Zap's Black Lightning.
- Raiden's design is based off a old design that I had for Zap when I first created him.
- If Raiden had a canon voice, he would sound like this.
- Raiden does have a slight rivalry with Jin and often clashes with him every time they meet.
