PROFILE
The world of Fallen Impar is most certainly a different world compared to Pokémon World. As it stands, the world of Impar is one that is not only filled with Pokémon and humans. Oh no. Demons, angels and all kinds of oddities exist within this universe. However, to avoid disturbing the order of the world, these beings keep themselves in realms that rest opposite of Impar, only visiting the realm if they wish to explore the unknown. However, one has to wonder how Impar itself was created. We do know Arceus and Mew were involved in the process, but few are aware of what created this world. There are theories, but most are proven wrong. The answer itself is quite simple.
The plates are how the world was created.
These elemental spirits gave the ingredients needed for a world to be born. Their mere presence inspired the world to adapt to what was needed. They gave Pokemon their type and the legends that once held them the powers they would be known for. However, for decades, many regarded these spirits as nothing more than tools for Rose. They thought that they lacked sentience and the ability to feel human emotions. These mortals were wrong in their assumption. Oh, so wrong.
Here we have Kai. Kai is the Splash Plate and has the title of the Water Spirit. Kai prides himself as being the number one flirt in the world and has a habit of flirting with most people (of legal age) he meet without much of a care in the world. Mind you. He's not the type that will push his luck if you're clearly don't feel comfortable with his advances. After all, even the plate has some lines he's not willing to cross. However, behind this mask is a man who carries a strong dread when it comes to the full moon. Being forced into a form that turns into a siren creature isn't something he likes all that much.
PERSONALITY
Kai is light-hearted and gregarious, making jokes at his (and other's) own expense. He likes to pretend to be smug or selfish as a means to further rile them up with his humor. He is deeply loyal to his fellow Petals and Rose as they are the closest things that he considers a family. One of Kai's defining feature is his unyielding drive to never give up. He will never succumb to despair as he was taught to always forge ahead. Kai carries the belief that the truest essence of a person was their ability to endure and fight on no matter what they faced, regardless of what talent they have. One should note that Kai is a great believer in peace and held a deep longing to change the hatred inherent in the world. He's not much of a fan of fighting but has no problem doing so if it is needed.
Kai is a very lustful man as shown by how constant flirting with anyone he views as being attractive. He does consider himself handsome and charming (which is ironic considering one of his abilities and the fact he does have access to attract). While a bit perverted, Kai does has some degree of self-control. It's a necessary feat considering the last thing Rose needs is someone taking advantage of him. It should be noted that he is fully conscious of his romantic nature but feels no shame throwing himself out there to those who catch his eyes. However, a big turn off for him is the potential idea of "commitment". Just that word alone is enough to send shivers down his spine.

Appearance
Splash stands at the height of 5'8 ft (172.72 cm) tall. Weighing 149.6 (67.9 kg), Kai has a slim built with some muscles here and there. With slightly tan skin, the male has a skull tattoo with tentacles coming off of it on his chest. He has dark blue eyes with the pupil on his left having what looked to be a dark spot on it. The male has dark brown hair that goes past his shoulder with the bangs swept to the left side of his face that partially overs his left eye.
Kai's attire consists of a blue shirt with a red belt that partially covers his black pants tucked into his blue (and black) boots. The male is often wearing a dark blue jacket with folded cuffs. Completing the outfit is a blue hat that rest on top of the brown scarf on his head. He also has a black eyepatch over his left eye.
Design NOTES
- Kai can see out of his left eye. He simply chooses to hide it so people don't question the strange spot found on the pupil of it.
- Kai only reason to wearing a outfit akin to a pirate to make the occasional jokes of him on the search for booty. He doesn't even bother to put up a pirate voice or anything.
- Kai can make his trident appear and disappear on command as its entirely made out of water. As such, he finds it fun to fuck around with people by using their sweat to forge it.
- Kai has a habit of letting his hair grow a bit past his shoulders before conidering the idea of actually giving it a trim. However, he'll never have it reach the point his hair comes down to the middle of his back.
- Under the full moon, Kai does change into this form here.
- This form in question is his cursed form. He finds it to be dreadfully ugly and something he ended up stuck with after a nasty encounter with a siren.
- A fun thing to note is the tattoo on his back is another indicator that he was cursed by the siren as it appear around that time. Honestly, it's one of the few things that he isn't bothered by others actually looking at.
- Vhen he's not wearing his current outfits, Kai is often seen wearing suits and other forms of formal attire to keep up a classy appearance.

- This bond is meant to symbolize his bond with Orpheus. This is Orpheus' personal symbol.

Water Manipulation
Water Manipulation is a main power Kai use. This powers allows for Kai to create, shape and manipulate water. There are many ways for Splash to use this power. Some ways include the following: Water Walking, Water Attacks, Water Absorption and Aquatic Adaption. With the ability, he also gain the ability to transform matter into water. This is a useful as it does allow him to even go as far as transform one into water and briefly control them if needed
Curse Empowerment
Kai rarely goes out during the nights the moon is out. This is due to the fact the male in question is cursed. Being cursed, the male's physical and spiritual prowess increase whenever his curse is triggered (by being exposed to the moon). This curse turns the male into a skeletal siren based creature. In this form, the male gains a hunger for flesh and becomes powerful whenever he's close to the sea. Compared to his normal form, this cursed one is faster, stronger and more intelligent. Kai has stated that he hates this form because he feels disgusted while in it. Thankfully, the male can't curse others to enter this form.
Siren Song
This is one thing that makes Kai very deadly person to fight. In combination with his attract, the male can perform a Siren's Song. This ability allows Kai to emit an astonishingly beautiful and enchanting singing voice that is capable of summoning/luring anyone who hears it come towards the singer. With this, the male can potentially make it so those who listen to him to do his bidding. That or potential force them to remain still. Kai rarely uses this unless the male himself feels overwhelmed.
Water Moves
Being the water plate, Kai has accessed to water moves. Kai doesn't have access to legendary signature moves and water z-moves. Kai's favorite move is "Liquidation".He enjoys how strong the male can be whenever he uses it with a large body of water and how it has the chance to lower the enemy's defense. The male does have a few non-water moves but they're not worth noting as it's not to the level of Pixel and any other plates with moves outside of their type. What is worth noting is the fact the male is a mixed attacker (with a slight special leaning) with higher health.
LIKES
- People. He loves being around them and flirting with any that catches his eye! He's a people person~
- His trident. That thing is his baby. If anything happens to it, he would cry.
- Alcohol. You can't go wrong with a nice swing of whiskey.
DISLIKES
- Moon. He hates the fact the damn thing is what triggers him to go into his cursed form.
- Going into his cursed form. Not surprising considering the male considers himself a monster while in it.
- Neva. He doesn't appreciate how much the female tends to nag him.
Trivia
- The concept of Kai being cursed came from Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl. I always found that to be interesting.
- Kai does occasionally sing to himself when he think he's alone. It seems to be one of the things he enjoys.
- If Kai had a canon voice, it would sound this.
- Kai is meant to be a insult of what Splash sees as being the typical traits of a Pirate.
