the same frog you know and love, except in a modern setting this time. equally chaotic and rude, but much more responsible. fleur, after spending an entire childhood being outrageously rebellious, with toxic friendships, drug abuse and countless petty crimes, has now settled down, enjoying life as the wage-earner of a two-person, eight-frog household.
in her young adult years, fleur's chaotic, self-destroying lifestyle showed no sign of stopping. she was always a bit of a troublesome child for certain, but the death of her mother threw her into even more horrible habits than before. disapproval felt like validation to her, as the world rejecting her felt like all the more reasons to feel much more righteous in her choice to ruin everything she can touch. she relished in this lifestyle, taking pride in being a thorough misfit, until the misery of losing her mother, and almost losing her darling little brother caught up to her. for the first time in 24 years, fleur felt remorse. after extensive rehab, fleur rekindled her love for proper arcane tradition, and her academic potential, and set on the road of becoming a teacher. beyond all the edginess, all the grief, fleur has a warm, mentoring personality, that's been hidden under an aloof, stubborn exterior for quite some years now. taking snot-nosed brats like her under her wing, just to make sure they never end up like her, was the ideal life for good old fleur.
at age 32, fleur, though eccentric as ever, has now settled down to marry an old childhood love. she lives together with her wife in a snug little forest cabin, and teaches chemistry at fogmere's high school, the Uilenborg. or, well. "teaches". sets her desk on fire, but like, professionally. kids love her! her coworker, reidoth, doesn't.
