It is the Harvest season and Ivras is being plagued by an old superstition: The Night Wights! What are they, and where are they coming from? And most importantly, how can these fiends be stopped, if at all? This event introduces the exciting new Swarm Hunts (more info found in our hunt guide)!

One of our fabulous content mods and rabbit enthusiast, Livalina, is sadly departing our staff team so that she can spend her Anathema time enjoying the game! Liv has been a core part of our team from Anathema’s earliest beginnings and we are so grateful for all she’s done for us and for Anathema.

 Say hello to Liv the player when you see her around! We will be adding to our moderator team soon, so keep an eye out for mod applications in the future!

As we've alluded to in the past, Anathema's Toyhouse World is getting a coding overhaul! The coder we commissioned has officially started work, meaning that soon Anathema will be more navigable, legible, and mobile-friendly with our info easier to find and easier to navigate on mobile devices. 

There will be more updates and specifics to come as we get closer to completion.

   WRITING UPDATES   

There are new Gold bonuses available to authors of literature and RP posts! Single-author literature received a whopping 8 new bonuses encouraging character development, stylistic challenges, and much more! You can also enjoy new milestone bonuses, which award additional gold for achieving higher literature word counts.

On top of that, roleplayers now have access to 6 new bonuses that can be applied to their threads.
