Yep, you can still have a ticket generated at this point, the event doesn't end until about 5 more hours! But as the bulletin says,
If for any reason you need to edit your comment, please do so as a response to your original comment and not as a direct edit to your original comment. The original comment should not be edited before a slot is given. It is fine to delete and repost comments that do not have a slot comment response!
Since your comment is edited, you must repost it for the slot to be generated.
