Super obscure/odd sounding but real names may qualify too.
Bone - obviously not a name but worth the puns
Disk - like floppy disk, but less floppy.
Noise - like in "turn down the noise, Noise!"
Scar and Scratch - I can only say "Oww, these parents!"
Stitch - kinda unusual for a human and a ghost
Virus and Vaccine - look out for your health
Python - his second name's Hub. Equally weird.
Timber - I don't know if it is unusual but I'll put it here.
aaa idk how well these count but Heartfell, Kira-Kira and Mansikkakaktus-Marenki are probably quite unusual? ´o` i also have few that might sound weird no non-finns but are just pretty normal finnish names haha not gonna link those tho since they're not that unusual

Parable is the oddest I can remember off the top of my head. Funny thing is, she considers names that aren't words odd. :D She was really confused when she first started meeting overworlders (because they have generic nordic fantasy names) and still inquires about the meaning of every name she comes across.
Fun fact: Never ended up starting that roleplay but my friend once had a character who'se name was this noise. (we wrote it down as "Rahw!")
Don't try to tell him that "demolition" is spelled with an O instead of an I. He'll probably shoot you in the face. The topic got old a long time ago. ^^;
