What are your character's parents like ?

I've been thinking about parents too ^^ For some of them; it's pretty interesting. For now I have a few of them

The ones with know detailed bios are Archer's parents (Friedrich and Seraphina) and Casanova's dad (Sebastian). I also have dads for my Pokemon ocs and my Aliester has three parents ( his mom and his two dads who are still nameless lol 1 . 2)

I also have Jacob who is a parent but not for other ocs, but he's been a parent figure for his little brother when they were younger ;o;

Oof lemme edit this: archer gets his good looks from his mom but his hairstyle and his determination/work ethic from his dad xD 

The Pokemon ocs look pretty much like their dad's lol but August is following his dad's footsteps while Proton had gone a completely different course due to his circumstances

I dunno what casa's mom would look like but he would look similar to his dad anyway; before Casa changed up his hairstyle it was the same look as his dad's though Casa's eyes are more green. 

Aliester looks like his birth dad so it's easy to tell who he comes from. He gets his open mindedness and sense of respect and some work ethic from his mom, though he does have his laid back, sometimes sarcastic attitude from his dad lol. His second dad gave him his common sense and morality, the usual good quirks xD

I wanted to Draw Some Parents for a while. Don't know when I'll get around to it, but in the meantime have some words:

Jaime Peterson's mom is kind of tall-ish and has dark brown, very wavy/kinda curly hair and hazel eyes; her dad is short and slim with straight, black hair and dark brown eyes. Jaime inherited her mom's general hair structure (except Jaime's hair is a lot more stubborn), and her dad's shortness and eyes. Also her mom's character, just like two of her younger brothers. Jaime's mom tends to be a bit... much, sometimes, in the nicest way possible, so having three kids take after her in terms of character made for a very interesting life.

Augustus von Langenstein's parents both had pretty severe, serious, angular faces and were both pretty tall by 18th century standards (which isn't saying much). His dad had dark brown hair, his mom's was light brown; Gus ended up with a happy medium. He had grey eyes, she had medium brown ones, which Gus inherited. 

Severin Lapointe's mom has a fairly rectangular but open and friendly face and straight blond hair - a mousy, unremarkable kind of blond. Remarkably blue eyes, though. His dad has a wild lion's mane of very wavy, sandy blond hair, light brown eyes, and a gentle, oval face. Severin managed to get both eye colors and his mom's straight hair - except his is snow-white, which is a trait that runs in the family but skipped the last generation. His sister Andromeda has his mom's blonde eyes (except hers came out a bit lighter) and also got the white hair, but hers is wavy, almost like her dad's.

Absalom Hayes's dad was not particularly tall, but broad-shouldered, with very dense, straight, pitch-black hair and green eyes. His mom looked a lot like Absalom himself: Not very tall, petite, with dark brown, straight, silky hair and impressive cheekbones, though her face wasn't quite as angular and mildly sinister-looking as her son's. 

Ok so...... I wanted Kefir to be like one of those cute bad boys who's steal thing but gets away with it using cute charms, despite his intimidating claws.

So I was like probably he got his personality and cuteness from his mom, but more intimidating appearance from his dad... and then that spiraled so I ended up drawing his parents~ But still working on their designs 

Kefir's Dad Basically Kefir looks like his dad's mini clone. He's an underground fighter and ruffian mobster who gives protection/loan services. He's a more of a father who gives tough love

Kefir's mom Kefir has similar eyes to his mommy, since she has a bit of pink in them. She's a kleptomaniac treasure auction hunter that loves collecting and hoarding things, and babies & spoils Kefir pretty much

i actually made pearl just cuz i wanted to make a kid for renee and emmy :' D then she went dormant for like a year before she actually got a story lol

she has a pretty soft face, full-body freckles, and her hair colour from renee. theyre both super determined to prove themselves to others !
she has her red eyes and puffy hair from emmy ! emmy's hair isn't really puffy cuz she has it super short + dominant and recessive traits n stuff, but both emmy's mom and sister got puffy hair so it kinda. skipped a gen with emmy lol. pearl cares a whole lot about her family and friends like her too

basil's parents right now are their dad diego and their step-dad yuuto. basil's biological mom is dead but i kinda have a rough idea of what she looked like

baz pretty much got everything from their mom lol . when baz was a a baby diego would joke about how their mom cloned herself. though physically they very much resemble the body and face type diego had at that age

Charlotte was born with the help of a surrogate, but her parents are these two: a fearsome assassin that also works as a detective, and a housewife of a guy that has the worst luck imaginable. Frederick's a pretty strict father, but it's balanced out with how sweet Ethan is. Frederick's DNA was used so Charlotte inherited just about everything from him, and it's pretty similar. They're both tall with both serious expressions and personalities. There's a little joke that the Waltz bloodline always has the most beautiful people.

Kats and Kitty's mother is a human who is sweet, loving, and caring. Their father, however, is an entirely different story as he is a nekomata (cat demon). Both of the kids have a great relationship with their mother, but they don't know of their father or where he is located. Unfortuntely, this is due to their mother being taken advantage of.

o yea, at least some of my main characters parents are also in the story and have their pages in the /parents/ folder on here

I haven't been able to add all of them, but I'm getting there

I havent made (nor do I plan on to any time soon) everyone's parents... But they do have parents! Sora and Yumi's mom was very loving and loved her daughters greatly. While their father was a power greedy man who wanted his daughters to be strong individuals. Though he does end up killing Yumi. x.x

Skai, Katherine's parents were very judgmental. They outlasted Alice due to her ability which ended up getting them killed. And then Katherine's adoptive parents were really nice people who truly loved her.

Juliet's parents loved her greatly. Her mother sacrificed herself to protect Juliet. However after a few years Juliet ends up forgetting her parents and her past before the A.S.A. kidnaps her.

The only person who I have their parent's uploaded on here is Nico xD his parents love him a lot too c: To make up for how their parents. They decided to be better parents to him. (Spoiler= His parents are Sora and Skai c: )

It was a bad habit during my earlier character-creating days to completely disregard the impact parents have on someone's life, but now that I'm trying to develop my OCs more, I've taken to thinking about it a bit! I don't have names or anything yet, but I do have personality and some appearance info. I find this to be an interesting topic. :D

Shadmé is an angel, so she technically has no parents. However, unlike most angels, she didn't wind up in Skyworld, the heavenly realm. She was revived on a hill in a basket that was found by a young woman who decided to adopt her! Her adopted mom is a simple, ordinary yet kind woman. Even though she didn't know she was raising an angel, she seemed to sense that Shadmé was destined for great things, so when Shadmé was a young teenager who wanted to set out on adventures, her mother let her go- not first without some words of wisdom and some keepsakes, like her silver phoenix medallion and a cape (for warmth, she claims, lol)!

Ember had wonderful parents. Her dad is a green-eyed, black-haired Filipino fellow with a great sense of humor and a love for his daughter. Her mom was around more often than her dad, and is an encouraging woman with green eyes. There's no telling who Ember's eye color came from, but her hair color came from her father for sure! Even though Ember loved them when she was young, she felt betrayed to find out later, when she peeked in on them after her four-year disappearance, that they'd raised another daughter named similarly to her. She felt replaced. But of course, her parents didn't know Ember lived, so they thought having another daughter who embodied what they'd loved about their last child would be the ultimate honor.

Both of those two were self-OCs, so of course I had to give them wonderful parents because mine are awesome! XD I do have OCs on the other side of the spectrum, but they aren't posted yet, so I'll have to make a part two later!

My parents? What is there to say about them? They were both messes who couldn't process their own feelings and so they taught me to be the exact same way. They were emotionally cold creatures who could never handle anything even remotely serious or important, who laughed in the face of so many things one should never laugh about.

I'm not so naive that I believe they made me the monster I became a few thousand years ago, but I am wise enough to know they contributed to what I was, allowed me to be what I was when they had all the chances in the world to intervene, and never once tried to turn me in the other direction.

For that reason, they're dead to me. They can't even die, but they may as well be.
