Any form of long-term body-sharing is welcome here! Haunted/possessed characters, characters with DID, symbiotes/hosts, characters who just happen to be in the same brain... anything else you can think of.

I'm especially interested in characters in the same body who look after and care about each other, or who otherwise have learned to work together. :o

Light edwardcilestia

This boi and Cursed share a body; they hate each other so working together doesn't happen very often

 Ivan, Ilo, and Elo jukeboxes

I don't have these characters on toyhou.se yet, but (spoilers!) by the end of the story Ivan houses two beings: a divine eye that eventually names itself Ilo, which plants itself over Ivan's missing right eye and omits powerful light; and a voidish substance composed of sticky, molasses-like goop that eventually names itself Elo, which consumes Ivan's left arm and can swallow things whole or stop them in their tracks. Neither of these bindings were painful for Ivan, and while Ilo and Elo do bicker a bit as they were once mortal enemies, they've learned to reform and become closer as they have both become a part of his body.

Sakura Rainbow000Pegasus

Sakura has DID, and among my OCs, she has the most people using her body.
She has three other alters. No one else but herself, alters and Kitsune knows about this.

Travis 🔴 EmptyProxy

Oh man this is gonna be really long, I have a lot to say about my son-

Travis and "Red", the mask on his face, met when Travis had gotten absolutely drunk after being released from the hospital due to a lack of insurance. A hazing had gone horribly wrong and it left him without an eye, a broken arm, and a few broken ribs. Red called out to him since he was absolutely smashed, and convinced him that putting on the mask would let him get revenge and heal him to boot. All Travis needed to do was "sacrifice" for Red. So he decided that sounded great, and they've been bonded together ever since. They're bonded so tightly in fact that any moves that would steal Travis soul would be blocked due to Red's iron grip on it. (Travis may or not be "The chosen host" for Red, but that's a longer story) Red requires Travis to get them blood, so that he can regain his lost power, and if Travis refuses, he'll suck his host dry of blood, then wait for someone else to pick up the mask. In reality, Red is a god of strife and sacrifice that was banished into the mask Travis now wears, and has hopped from host to host gathering up more blood/power in order to break free of his prison. Red can take control of their body, though prolonged control over it causes the blood drain to speed up, so he'll only take control in certain situations.

The more blood Travis gathers for Red, the more abilities he unlocks. Currently at one point or another, he's unlocked the ability to somewhat manipulate luck (Ex: Someone randomly tripping as he stalks them, a car not turning on, basically the usual horror movie tropes), he can manipulate visual perceptions to make it look like he's far away, then he's suddenly right behind them, the ability to breathe necrotic flames, summon Red's old weapon (A giant cleaver imbued with a fetid rotting aura), and finally being able to summon one of Red's arms from his back to attack things. He also got to start out with super strength, higher dexterity, and a very, VERY good regeneration ability, to the point where it borders on invulnerability. He also has one ability that's stuck with him even without the mask (As the timeline he's been in has reset around 4 times now, and he's had to start from the point that he's met Red each time.) In the first timeline, before it was reset, Red gifted Travis his time immunity, but in the body of a basic human, it just let him remember the previous events of the other timelines, so he at least knows what's gone on.

Even with all that, there is still a lot that can incapacitate or stop him. The mask is a giant weakpoint, and hitting it hard enough will cause Travis to become heavily disoriented, and can even knock him out entirely. He can still be drugged into unconsciousness, Red's drain is a constant threat, he's not immune to powers from higher beings, and if he takes enough damage (Ex: Being cut in half or things that would cause brain death like an air embolism) it will take much longer to regenerate. He does still need to sleep as well, the longer he goes without it, the more blood is needed to sustain the both of them.

At the start of everything, the two of them couldn't disagree more, Travis terrified of Red and would tear up at the idea he was becoming a monster, Red took control more often to get things done... Thankfully they've both leveled out over time, more or less co-existing now. Red will still complain and roll his eyes if he's deprived of violence for too long (Since currently Travis is living off supplied blood bags so he doesn't have to kill) but he doesn't take control as much anymore, just observing from the background and tempting Travis into committing violence when he can. Travis meanwhile has become very desensitized to violence, now punching first and asking questions later. Though, he still has his morals that he sticks to, trying his hardest to be a good person despite everything. Red will now often warn Travis of incoming dangers, and sometimes even takes control just to protect him.

Perhaps in a way, they've actually rubbed off on each other.

If you've read this far ily, these two are just one of my favorite bois I've ever made-

Mitch &/or Kat reinapepiada

Heyy they do share a body! Though 'body' may be an overstatement-- Kat is the actual owner of the body, it's her actual 'alive' body but Mitch's influence has taken over so much that her body isn't very tangible anymore. It means that it takes the form of whoever is fronting, but it also means that Kat may or may not be alive even if she hasn't died? It's distressing for her, and she doesn't front often-- The worst part is that Mitch doesn't remember her!

In her multiple attempts to contact Mitch, Kat behaves like a regular ghost- Writing on the walls, moving objects, maybe screaming? Sometimes it works, but Mitch's memory problems are the worst

radishleaf

ezra and yarrowin! it's sort-of a case of possession as ezra unwittingly made a blood pact with him when he was a boy, and the god needed an anchor to exist on the mortal plane. so while he can't puppet ezra as he pleases, yarrowin does need him as his vessel to carry out his plan. they definitely don't get along because yarrowin's an ass and wants everything to be about him, and as much as he's reticent with people, ezra doesn't want to hurt anyone. :U

(i effing love the foe yay in their relationship tho, lol)

 Mia Bakerinator_Old

She has a double personality disorder

 William AnonymousPumpkins

This guy still isn't finished but most of the important details are on his profile. His name is William and he has a symbiotic relationship with an aloof spirit named Obtu. They're bounded together by their souls, which means that separation is pretty much impossible, lest one wants to face serious consequences. How they formed this relationship has yet to be really decided though

While they're always together, they actually get along pretty well! The body technically belongs to Will but he's grown to view it as Obtu's body as well. They'll both refer to the body as "theirs" very often. Both are able to control the body but because of Obtu's erratic behaviour and ignorance of people, it's usually Will who's controlling it. Will can still enjoy time to himself as well and Obtu simply "sleeps" to give the man some privacy. They like to give each other a hard time sometimes but they've grown to respect each others boundaries due to being together for so long

Steve and Sam Daruby

Sharing a body? Possessed character? Steve and Sam are the ones who fits it perfectly! That's their whole dynamic :')

Steve, an ordinary office worker, decided to spice his boring life a bit. He thought that it would be fun to remember silly things he done as a teenager. The more important thing to this story: He used to "summon demons". Not for real though, only as a fun thing.

He couldn't use the proper instructions in order to summon a demon, but why he would bother? He's not doing it for a successful result.

Instead of blood he used ketchup, and as a sacrifice he puts his old and dusty scarf that was made out of colored wool.

Somehow IT WORKED... It worked so good in fact, the summoned demon was an old commander straight out of hell patrol... And now this all powerful commander is trapped in a scarf.

Steve was forced to make a contract (he was shocked and a bit embarrassed for the troubles) and now, they share one body, and a scarf... They change bodies between each other when necessary
