IS YOUR OC THE FASHION POLICE? DOES YOUR OC NOT UNDERSTAND MODERN ART (FASHION) well this is the thread you need

an oc from a medieval setting probably won't understand why a futuristic idol is dressed like that, but the clash should be entertaining enough!!

  • POST IC!! this is an IC only game!!!
  • follow the site's rules lol
  • ocs can be rude but don't be hurtful on purpose
  • don't even take this so seriously. i mean you can take it seriously but the example above is pretty funny, so w/e this is just for fun
  • don't drop a short answer that's all, 2 sentences minimum >:(
if you want, the oc can explain why they're dressed that way or why they like it, or you can explain it OOC if it's necessary for the person below to know
Roswell van Breek fizzelston

"It's a damn shame, don't yer think," Roswell said. His thumb traced the string of the violin bow.
"Dat de ladies in the Northern Pact don't wear gowns." Roswell looked up. Then smiled quickly at Orianna.
"Oi know oi'm just a humble violin-crafter," he was not, "but oi know aristocratic class if oi see it," the thief said. He placed the bow back into the case and presented the instrument in its total to the fox-witch. "Yer see," he continued. Not even looking at the violin he (stole and now) tried to sell. Smiling sweetly at her.
"Der is sumethin', well oi guess yer know like no other, desirable about a woman wearin' a dress. It's just such a shame dat we've not heard of them in back home," he chatted.

"Oi have to say," he continued. "Dat green dress fits yer loike a glove, madam." Roswell smiled. "It surely turns some, lady heads, for sure," he continued to flatter. "De green 'nd gold almost flow over in yisser hair. Yer eyes," he said. His smile got something cheeky, before he 'humbly' lowered his gaze back to his in red velveted violin.
"Anyway, dis is a cherry wood made violin. 5 stringed. Made out of the finest material, the chin rest is made out of strong leather," he continued. "Oi'm sure it would serve as a finishing touch for yisser outfit."

"Stolen dings? Don't even think about it, lad," he laughed. "Oi'm not a thief." he was.

Octavian Rocket_Man

"I see you go by "the crow" ey if you gotta name like that you might as well dress the part if ya get me." Octavian said looking at the man in front of him, "I bet your coat can hide a whole lotta stolen stuff too" he also noted, "all in all, you got style and class man"

Minaki yunflowers

"No offense kid, but belts are way out of style. And that tank top? Not gonna do. It's you wanna have style, I know the perfect- um.. friend to fix you up. In fact, I'll do you a favor and take you to him. All you gotta do is get into that white van over there. C'mon. Don't be scared. There you go..."

Li zidanetribal

The small, yellow rabbit crinkled their nose, examining every bit of the... Scribble standing before them. "Well, first off, are you, like, okay?" Li asked, folding their arms and leaning in to lift up Minaki's green scarf. "And secondly, what's with this getup in the first place? It looks like 'ya wearin' a damn potato sack-- and I ain't gonna let 'ya walk around like that. Let's get'cha to the nearest mall, 'k?"

Monica blankpages

“You got an interesting style going on there..” Monica sways side to side pondering of something nice to say. “I can’t really say much, haha. I’d admit that you look a bit like one of those.. Pizza delivery guys. It seems like your outfit mainly consists of red in them. Your shoes, your cap, your jacket, even your skateboard have some kind of red! (I can’t blame you since most of the thing I wear is just pink.) Either way, your overall style is cool!”

“Why thank you! I just noticed the wire in my hair… That sure wasn’t there before!”

Peyton Greer robot-star

"I like your color choices... Pink looks good on you." Peyton commented sheepishly to Monica. "I uh really like the collar, it reminds me of prep school outfits. " Secretly though he wondered why she had a cable in her hair, but he wasn't about to say that to her face.

Sirius Kookaburrah

"Hello, Magician man. I haven't seen too many who enjoy the look of pink as I do, but you wear it well. Not to mention the fancy cloak that goes with it! An ornamental brain helmet piece to spice things up along the belt, perhaps to intimidate your foes, yes? I must beg your pardon, however, is there any merit to your imperfect eyewear? It seems like an awful distraction."

Amu Kagami computerdarling

"Wooooow, nice pants! Reminds me of my dear friend Prix. She wears leathers a lot." Amu doesn't quite understand why anyone would enjoy such tight-fitting garment, but she's not about to say it. "And your hair... What kind of hair dye did you use? It has this... glow. I've only seen it on very powerful Elemoets. Way more powerful than I, you know. Are you an Elemoet too?"

Since I haven't explained this on my own pages, Elemoets are basically humans that can use powerful offensive magic (as opposed to the more mundane everyday magic practiced by non-human races) in my story.

eggsdeviled

“The outfit reminds me of those porcelain dolls.. Reminds me of a certain someone. Cool outfit nonetheless. Not something I’d wear daily, but I enjoy the pink color pallete.”

Yasuhiro Yukiya Wafanic

"I'm not one to criticize other's fashion," Yukiya eyed the American before he continues his judgement.

"I'd recommend getting a new jacket. And you'd never go wrong with a pair of jeans. Might want to style your hair a bit differently to if you wanna start fresh."

He pauses again.

"Though, I think a beret with cardigan would also look good."

Salvador Wapenburg fizzelston

Salvador spread out his arms, to keep his balance. The thief walked over the small edge of the building on the roof. Unafraid of the dazzling height. Or pressing darkness of night. He even smiled at Entropy. Carelessly. "We both live in the shadows," he said. "Don't we not?" Salvador lifted his head slightly.
"You're dressed like one. A shade," he said. The thief jumped from the rooftop to a lower platform, before continuing his stroll, with Death at his side.

"The different layers helps you melt with the shadows. Efficient," Salvador said. He then lowered his arms. He eyed Entropy. Almost with a curious frown.
"Your clothes are efficient. For a killer." Salvador slightly took a step back. As if the last word had a toxic aura to it.
"Your outfit lacks humanity. Just like you," the Half pointed out. Bluntly. Almost statically.
"You should try a smudge of color. Something that grounds you to this realm..." He rubbed his own scarf as he said that.
"Something to remind you, the value of life. Something you so negligently steal. "

sdklfklaf i love them so much 😭

“I don’t like the cold,” Salvador confessed. He pulled his scarf even higher, hiding most of his face behind it. “It's cold,” he described. As he made a hand gesture at his friend.  “Thank you.”
He looked up as they mentioned the socks. It was easy to see that Salvador was smiling, even with that rag covering most of his face. “I let my mum know you like them. She will love to hear that. She thinks you’re nice,” he said. “Told me to look out for you.” Salvador then frowned.
“But you’re a foot taller… So maybe she wants you to look out. For me. Because you’re taller.” Salvador lifted his arm to indicate the difference.  “You can see more, You can see further ahead,” he said.

Salvador softly rubbed his scarf. Then pulled it down slightly to reveal his big grin. “Thanks. I'm good at keeping my cover,” he said.
“I trust you. You can borrow my scarf when you’re getting cold,” Salvador said. As he slowly unwrapped his most precious property and held it out to the Sin. To his friend.
“Want to try it on? It will match your coat.”

NV PicklePantry

"I like your style," NV mumbled from besides Salvador. They sat down, looking at their feet. "The socks you have, they're warm. Mine too. Because they were made by the same person, and they were made with love. The work is very intricate, too." They looked at his scarf. "Your scarf too. Was it made by your mom?" They nodded when getting an answer. "It's beautiful. It matches you, it brings out your hair."
The Sin looked forward. "You have a look that stands out, but it also keeps you undercover for your work. It's a look that changes with you. That's very impressive." It was a strange thing they had noticed. Typically, comments like these, observations like these, they would have felt jealous of the person they gave them too. Yet with Salvador they didn't feel that, but instead only pride and admiration. Pride. That was the first time they'd truly felt that. They were proud of their friend.
