Most of the important stuff is always with her, but if a fire spreads across her room? She'd definitely try and save the box full of Teucer's letters to her. As he feels like a little brother she never had (and didn't expect to get so attached to), all his letters bear a special place in her heart.
In the vein of the "What's in your character's pocket?" thread, here's another little question that might say a lot about your character!
What's the single most important physical item in your character's life, the one thing they would save from a burning building? Why is it so important to them? (Alternately, is there anything they would be happy to see burn?)
(Maybe try not to pick pets or loved ones for this since that's probably the logical first priority for most characters, but you can if that's absolutely the only thing that would be on their mind!)
I'll go first, and say that Amber would save her guitar, because it was a gift from someone very dear to her who has since passed on.
Kason would definitely run into the fire to save one little thing, a feather. Not just any feather, but the one his deceased brother gave him. It's nothing special to any normal person, but to Kason it's the symbol of freedom that his brother had wished so hard to achieve, but never did.
Tbh Luna would get a picture of the best time of her life, when all her friends got together and took one huge picture with her! She cherishes her friends as family. :) The second choice would be a diamond-crystal infused earring that connects her soul with Damien and Bacchus or a sword that belonged to her dead friend, Dolcetto.
Damien would probably grab an old camera that contains old videos of his mom or an old guitar that he, Bacchus, Luna , and Dolcetto would use during their teens. Alternatively, he'd grab a magic power/power enhancer.
Dolecetto isn't listed as a chara yet but he'd def grab his sister's stuffed animal if he was alive still. Alternatively, he'd grab a necklace that twists open to reveal a scroll of magic secrets.
Bacchus would grab the ring Dolcetto was going to propose to him with and a knife he recieved as a gift from Dolcetto. Alternatively, he'd grab the soul crystal.

Despite constantly having her family photo on her person Lucasia would still go out of her way to make sure she still has her precious photo :)

As much as he acts like he doesn't care Maurice would save his cloned son Reese first and foremost followed by his robots and then his lab equipment if there was time.

for the most part she has a lot of her most precious stuff with her more often than not, but she'd definitely try to save some of the fire flowers that she was first gifted by her father figure from the... fire. even though they'd probably just eat all of the fire up the moment the flames made contact with if they weren't the things to start up the fire in the first place-
