[ A Time Long Forgotten ]
This is a WIP. Please do not read, though I am in no way stopping you from doing so. This story will contain spoilers for the events of Convergent Paths.

The day is monotonous, day by day, night by night, the wind will blow, the sun and moon will rise and fall, and we are all powerless to stop this. Sunbeams stream through the windows, and I wake to yet another day, same just like yesterday. I feel tired, like never before. I feel tired, tired, that every day is the same. I hear someone call my name from outside the room. This room is filled with those just like me, without parents, without a true home. I walk outside, following the sound of the one calling.
"Reyes, there you are," said the orphanage director. "You're here to be introduced to your new parents." I look at them, my 'parents'. I may be very young, but I am aware. They looked at me with a smile on their face. I tried to hide whatever I was feeling, and left the orphanage, never to be seen again.
