Pranking in Style

A week or so after 1v1 Fang receives a formal text from Red, claiming   that he'd like to meetup to speak with her. Eventually making plans to   meetup at the mall together. Where both meet, Red having brought two   bullclones with him, all four of them dressed up in hoodies. Red's   reasoning with his clones being so he wouldn't have to deal with doing   things himself anymore. Fang's reasoning being because he torched her   last jacket, to which Red exclaims he holds no responsibility for the   cringe-worthy fashion disaster it was.

And after complaining as  to why she prompted they go to the mall to  talk, she claims that all  talking ever did was make them wanna fight,  so why not just have fun  instead? Red agrees, and after insulting her  taste in hoodies and a bit  of back and forth, proclaims that he could  easily find her a better  suited disguise than the one she's wearing  right then.

Both of  them eventually find something for themselves to wear,  though Fang is a  little hesitant with hers, mostly because her head and  face are exposed,  something she isn't used to. But Red gives her some  advice, as well as a  touch of red eyeliner to add the finishing touch  before proclaiming his  work finished. Somehow Fang managed to get Red  to let his hair down to  add her own touch of flair to him, claiming  that he'd probably feel a  lot more lax if he did, to which he does (but  never says it.)

Now  looking fresh in their in season swag they make their way to the  food  court to drink in the atmosphere and all the attention they were   bringing to themselves with their new disguises. Red Son feeling quite   pleased with the outcome of it all thus far.

At the food court  both realize their shared admiration for hot  sauce, Fang being the kind  to collect different brands and such. And  shares some with Red, who  finds moderate interest with them, finding  her favorite brand in  particular quite flavorful. And after showing him  off the hottest  variety she'd managed to get her hands on, gifts it to  him, before  they're approached by a rather suspicious individual.

A rather  good looking hot shot named Shen who attempts to hit up  conversation  with Fang. Who surprisingly turns into a bumbling mess  when he does, Red  isn't keen on how their time is so rudely  interrupted, turning quite  jealous when Fang's attention is diverted  from him, and shoo's Shen  away, but not before Shen gives his number to  Fang.

Red being  suspicious of the guy, ask Fang if she actually liked  Shen. To which she  replied not really, having never really liked anyone  before like that. And out of frustration Red threatens to go  deal with Shen, thinking  that he had to of been using some 'infatuating  charm' on his cousin like  that. Fang ushers him to keep his cool and  instead opt to prank him.  And from that sprung her little prank, where  she would approach the  group, and separate the guy from the flock,  apologizing on Red's behalf  and distracting the guy while Red went  around back and did his thing.

Red  LOVES this idea and decides to go through with it. In the end  Fang  manages to snag the enchanted ring off his finger (that had  infatuated  her earlier) while proclaiming to him how sorry she was for  Red's  behavior, meanwhile Red sneaks up behind him, and promptly  empty's half  of the bottle of Fang's hottest hot sauce she'd given Red  earlier.

The  guy being a mortal doesn't stand a chance against the burning  sensation  and runs off screaming to the men's room, leaving the two in a  mess of  laughter. Where they realize they'd garnered the attention of  the mall  security, and with such, Red Son commits to a lively escape.  Using his  bull clones for them to ride off through the glass ceiling of  the mall  and off elsewhere.

Eventually landing them on a building, where  both exchange a brief  bit of conversation, having enjoyed their time  together surprisingly.  And Fang offers for them to stay in contact with  Red picking out the  next place for them to hangout, to which he agrees.  And after managing  to get a selfie with him she rides off into the  sunset.

Unfortunately the day's story doesn't end there, as when  Fang  returns, her father approaches her, having seen the mess she'd  caused  on the news. And isn't too fond of her new look either,  especially when  she goes into the vague details of how she'd been  hanging out with a 'guy' and did a prank to get back at some  creep. Fearing that his lil girl  was dating some chaotic little hot shot  he tries to probe her for more  info, but in the end it only forces her  away. Especially when he calls  her by her whole name, him not having  said it like so since the last  time they'd had an argument, which had  forced her to stop talking to  him for a good 10 years.

Thankfully  Yu Lai manages to talk some sense into Fang the next  morning at one of  their scheduled training sessions. Fang tells her  some more vague bits  of her 'new friend' claiming that she's just  trying to get him to trust  her, seeing as both Red and her had agreed  not to speak of their  meetings to anyone. Fang makes it a prominent  fact that in no way shape  or form is she interested in dating the guy.  Yu Lai is then just  concerned for Fang hurting herself trying to  befriend someone so  'dangerous' like that. To which they make a deal  that Fang would seek  out help to her closer circle if things got too  much for her.

After  that Fang asks Yu Lai for advice in patching up the tension  between her  and her dad, before Yu Lai tells her that an offering of  food might  help. To which Fang delightfully cuts their training short  to go make  MKing's favorite baked breakfast treat, peach pancakes.

MKing is  more than happy to share his favorite meal with Fang again,  though he  does ask Yu Lai a little of whether she knows anything about  Fang's new  'possible boyfriend', to which Yu Lai simply tells him what  Fang to her.  Much to his digress he decides to put some faith in Fang  in hopes of  not pushing her away again and agrees to Yu Lai to tell him  if anything  serious happens to her to come tell him.
