GENERAL SPECIES TOS

1. This section applies to all Jelveil/Perforator designs, regardless of how they were created or obtained.
2. Redesigning is okay. Please check the appropriate section in HERE for more information.
3. Voiding any character is okay, just redesign the character to remove a few defining traits from the species. 
   1. Reinstating designs is fine, just requires proof that they were originally a Jelveil and you’re good to go.
4. In addition to our TOS, please follow the TOS of other parties involved; this includes artists who may be designing MYO tickets for you, artists selling premade adoptables, other CS involved in crossbreeding, etc.
5. When retrading or selling any MYO ticket or design, please check the guide HERE on how to transfer.
6. Under no circumstances will I ever revoke your design. I may, however, void it from the species. I will always warn beforehand.
7. This species is intended for PERSONAL USE. If you would like to use a Scyph species character commercially, please discuss it with kirchhoff.

MYO TOS

1. MYO tickets (and other species items) do not expire, no matter how they were obtained.
2. If you would like to upload your ticket into a character, please do NOT credit kirchhoff. Credit yourself, or @luces instead.
3. Tickets (and other species items) may be retraded or resold. Tickets may be sold above their original price (but I do not recommend doing so as sales are always open.)
   1. No need to donate if reselling.
4. There is no cooldown to reselling, retrading, or taking offers on a ticket.
5. You are allowed to resell a finished MYO design freely. You may use your MYO to create an adopt you do not intend to keep.
   1. If the design was made by you, price it however you like. If the design was a custom, please follow the artist’s TOS. 
   2. No need to donate if reselling.
6. Speaking of, yes it’s fine if you want to commission someone to design your MYO for you. 
7. Crossbreeding is a mutation trait. Please do not do that unless you have sufficient mutation traits available. 
8. Design must be APPROVED before commissioning artwork, trade, or sale. Please check HERE on how to submit!

1. Do not resell a purchased adopt for more than the paid amount. It’s okay to go over if additional art is added. 
   1. Self-made pieces and art trades count, but gift art does not.
2. The cooldown for taking or entertaining offers on a premade adopt is a week. This includes obtaining designs secondhand.
3. Reminder that yes, you need to also follow the TOS of the artist that created the adopt.
