MONTHLY PROMPTS
Free stuff!
- Available monthly prompts may be used for both Jelveils and Perforators.
- Monthly prompts, as suggested by their name, will occur monthly.
- They will be announced in the monthly news bulletin.
- Your submission should try and relate to the prompt given.
- Each submission must contain a Jelveil or Perforator. If you do not have your own, feel free to draw or write about any owned by the staff or community.
- Both art and writing may be submitted.
- For art, there is a minimum of the art having flat colours.
- For writing, there is a minimum of 450 words.
- NO SEXUAL NSFW. Slightly suggestive stuff is... fine, but anything beyond a lighthearted innuendo or slightly spicy pose is a no.
- Gore is fine BUT PLEASE CHECK IN with other people if you are drawing their characters.
- Each prompt submission is typically worth 10 Scyphcoin for your first submission of the month, and then 5 for each submission afterwards!
- There may be special prompts worth more on events-- check the appropriate bulletins if an event is going on!
- AS MANY PROMPTS AS YOU WISH may be submitted per month. THERE IS NO MAXIMUM.
- You're free to do all drawings, all pieces of writing, or a mix of both.
- You could theoretically earn endless Scyphcoin per month.
- Prompt entries can be submitted in the appropriate Discord channel, or with our bulletin linked below!
SPECIAL PROMPT-- NEW RECRUITS
If you've never owned a Jelveil or Perforator before (Veilthings don't count-- those with Veilthings or their respective tickets are still eligible for this prompt!), you're eligible for a very special prompt: make your own Jelveil or Perforator!
In place of the traditional monthly prompt, you can submit a coloured sketch of your Jelveil/Perforator design idea and earn rewards! It doesn't need to be a fullbody-- all the required traits just should be there, and you're good. You're also free to use this drawing as the image for approval-- if you choose to get that design approved!
Instead of the average 10 Scyphcoin for prompt submission, this prompt will give you 30, bringing you 2/3 of your way there to a Common Jelveil ticket! You can submit a few more of the regular prompt to give you enough coin to grab that ticket.
The only catch is that you're only allowed to do this special prompt ONCE-- and yes, only if you don't have a Jelveil or a Perforator and have never had either of those.
You're free to give the design for the prompt whatever traits you please, BUT keep in mind that only COMMON tickets are for sale with coin! You can hold onto the design until you've got the upgrades you need, but if you don't want to sit around and wait, I recommend you start with an all-common design.
Also also, if you'd rather write than draw, you can still do this prompt! Just write a short passage describing how your prospective Jelveil would look, and give them a bio-- bonus points if you tap into the lore and mention why they took the pill and the effects it had.
Of course, if you don't want to do the special prompt, you can stick with the regular one.
DO NOTE THAT YOU STILL NEED TO GET A TICKET AND GO THROUGH THE OFFICIAL APPROVAL PROCESS TO HAVE YOUR DESIGN OFFICIAL!
IF YOU'RE DOING THE SPECIAL PROMPT, PLEASE INDICATE IT IN THE "MONTH OF PROMPT" SECTION OF THE FORM! Writing "special starter prompt" should suffice.
