DESIGN NOTES
- If your Jelveil wears one of these devices, it's not required to always have them wearing it/always draw it on. These are completely optional and toggleable.
- Only one type of device is allowed at a time for one Jelveil. You may have multiple of a single type, but not, say, both an UTLR-A and an UTLR-B.
- While canonically these devices are only for the use of Jelveils in the Undertow, you're free to go off-canon and give a jelly unaffiliated with the Undertow one of these devices if you wish.
- Similarly, while the canonical class assignments to each of these devices is strictly enforced (eg. twilight jellies CANNOT use any of these devices), you're also free to go off-canon here and give devices to jellies of whichever class you wish. These are just guidelines for lore reasons!
