All of the tribes are on very good relations with one another. They act sort of like states or provinces do in real life, all working together to help the groups as a whole. At this point they're really only separated in order to have easier control over the territory and cats. Trespassing has become almost non-existent, but most cats will still respect the boundaries when it comes to hunting. They don't really want to be in a territory they're not familiar with. Cats often end up switching tribes when they finish their apprenticeship. Half-tribe cats are not a taboo at all, in fact, most of the time they're encouraged. The half-tribe kits often live a life with one paw in each tribe, unless one of the parents changes tribes to be with their lover. That doesn't happen often, however, because most cats believe it to be a good thing when their kits can be taught multiple different styles of hunting, and can better adapt to different environments. In the cases where the parents are in separate tribe, the kit will have the opportunity to choose which tribe they prefer when they are warriors.
