Small Critters

Shroomgliders: Small critter. Soft, feathered, bat-like creatures that live up high. They can fly and make for very needy companions. They have powerful talons hidden under their fur and have sharp teeth, making an excellent predator for smaller critters found around the isle. Shroomgliders let out a mind-numbingly loud screech when angry or threatened. They are very intelligent, and can be tamed and used as messengers.


Skitters: Small critter. Squirrel-like creature found abundant around the isle.


Krenits: Small critter. Brought to Wishira's isle from Cliffscape. Kept as companions.

Medium Critters

Spinehounds: Medium critter. Fox-like creatures with a sharp sense of smell, excellent at finding hidden mushrooms.

Large Critters

Manglefins: Large critter. Deadly amphibian, impossible to tame. An agile water predator that relies on short bursts of speed to lunge at and grab their prey, then drags them under the water to drown them or make them bleed out. They're very slow and uncoordinated on land, and their hunting relies on prey getting close enough to strike as they have limited vision and stamina. They are a max length of 5 feet long (not including tail) and tail size varies but can reach up to the same length as the rest of the body. These creatures have a symbiotic relationship with certain fish; the fish lure the prey using their bioluminescent fin tips to bring prey within reach and the hunter taking out the larger creatures which they can both feed from.
