Addle Devious's Links
My lady, I would not hesitate to lay down my life for you. You have my unconditional loyalty, and I will protect you at any cost.
My most loyal and treasured knight of my realm, he has my utmost appreciation, trust, and my devotion.
Uh... I... I don't think that sort of talk is, um... appropriate, your majesty...
Have you seen this knight? Have you seen my daughter? Think of all the beautiful grandkiddies I could have, WAHAHAHAHA~! <3
These... royal women certainly don't mince their words...
Oh, forget the social class tiers. You and my sister should hurry up and elope already.
Why does every monarch I encounter keep aggressively giving me relationship advice...?
Good kid, but does he need to man the hell up and just tell the princess what he really feels. Sheesh.
Lord Rainstle certainly has done our world quite a few honors with his heroics. I was hoping I hadn't made a horrible mistake giving a child the royal family's heirloom sword to save the world... Thank Lord Dalia I was on the right track with this one.
Sir Devious cares very much for the people of Crystaless, and he always makes sure to keep the princess safe from harm. I hope they get married someday, they're just so cute together~
She's the one that made me worried I was making a huge mistake with giving away that sword. She hasn't changed much since then and still worries me sometimes, but I know she's more than capable. At this rate she far surpasses my capabilities.
Addle's always been a rather stiff guy to talk to, but he means well. Pretty easy on the eyes too. Why the hell haven't he and the princess gotten together yet?
He's made countless contributions to Crystaless's well being and development with his inventions, but he certainly gets in over his head often...
I feel bad that on both occasions I've met the princess and her personal guard, I've gotten into some horrible trouble. They must think I'm just a walking disaster at this point... I need to schedule another meeting with them and take all necessary precautions to make it go off without a hitch...
Miss Ribelle should be proud of what she's done for not only her own world, but all of Crystaless. It's easy to feel brave when you've been trained to combat threats to your people. It's rather admirable to see that kind of bravery in such an unexpected place.
Sir Devious is such a dedicated guard for the princess of Crystaless. I may never be a soldier, but I can only hope I can be as much of a reliable attendant to my royal as he is to his.
I've only encountered the Moon Seer on professional instances, and in all of those cases it was for meetings between them and the royal family. She seems very reasonable and competent from what I've seen.
I'm acquainted with Princess Purity's personal guard. He's not a terribly social or personal man, but he has a kind and loyal soul. She's quite lucky to have someone so dedicated looking out for her.
I've only encountered the Sun Seer on professional instances, and in all of those cases it was for meetings between them and the royal family. He seems a bit loose cannon at times, but he's passionate about his work.
The princess's personal guard doesn't talk much, but he seems alright. Always thought the wings were kinda cool.
*sigh* I shouldn't comment. I just don't know why all the royals seem to think that immediately when they meet me.
Oh, is this young man one of the princess's suitors? He seems like a keeper.
I honestly didn't see him at all until after the whole affair with the Clones, so even though he helped them attack Crystal Field, it doesn't sound like it was his intentional fault. And the Princess seems to think he's reasonable enough, and they apparently helped each other while captive, so I have no reason to think ill of him.
I didn't meet the Princess's bodyguard until after I got out of that mess with the Clones. Apparently he was out of commission following that attack that led to the Princess's capture. Seems like a dedicated guy, and I'm no fan of the law or authority figures, but I can see why he's committed to protecting this place.
So even Mac has a Clone, albeit a heavily modified one. Can't see the resemblance much aside from their height. Not a fan of Clones in general, but she's a bit of an antihero from time to time.
I don't associate with soldiers much considering the relationship Clones have with the world as a whole at this point. He's mellow enough though.
I don't deal much with soldiers from other regions since my position is rather time consuming. However Mac seems to speak well about him. I'm sure he does a fine job considering how quickly he's advanced through the ranks.
After finishing up my training at the palace I haven't seen much of the castle guards. I've talked to him only briefly, and he mentioned that Mac talks about me sometimes. I... can't imagine why he'd only have nice things to say though...
I've encountered Miss Rainstle a number of times considering how much her son has done for our world, although the Princess is usually the one that handles speaking with her. She must be so proud.
Sir Devious doesn't talk much, but Mac says he's a very nice young man. He seems to work hard and takes good care of the royal family.
She and her brother sure work hard on their inventions... and they also attract a lot of bad attention judging from the few times I've encountered them. Probably just poor luck and timing though.
Sir Devious is a pretty quiet fellow, but I can see why the Princess likes him so much.
I don't present my opinions much even when asked, but I can't imagine the relation strain between Bellinans and Clones going well if this is their representative...
You are right to worry, for your kind have no hope of compromise with us with your tradition of embracing oppressive behavior.
I don't know much about him since Mac handled the area around the volcano. But at least he was nice enough to help us find the crystal rather than just keeping it for himself or not even mentioning it.
Felt kind of bad for this guy. I mean, being a soldier is cool and all, but I don't think he knew he was heading for Neostra during that Dark Matter trouble. He didn't seem that bothered by it, but I'd hate to traverse the jungle in all that armor. But I guess he's too badass to care about that kinda thing. Right on.
I have the self control to not say anything about this missionary.
He's the princess's babysitter, what else is there to say?
Yes, I can say I've protected the royal family from falling angels.
This guy's really quick on the draw. I'm... not quite sure what he is though. He's kind of like Mortimer, but he's not a demon, I don't think...
A visitor from Lylaeterial along with a visitor from Kiami. This one seems to catch the attention of the princesses by pure charm.
Kon't kee kings kuch karound kere. Kuch kore kommon kon Kiami.
Why do all these women feel the need to giggle about about my lack of a love life all the time? What exactly do I do to bring this on?
If there's one common topic I can talk about with my sister and the princesses, and... pretty much everyone else in the know, as a matter of fact... then it's the travesty of Sir Devious and Princess Purity not getting hitched yet.
He really ought to get a better handle on that partner of his. Sooner or later the behavioral problems are going to outweigh her performance, and he'd be smart to do something about it now rather than later.
I know, I know. You think I haven't been trying to figure out how to do that?
This newcomer better learn quickly if he's going to be stuck on that team. A lot of high risk and vital work with a rather unorthodox team dynamic... I certainly wouldn't have chosen that profession if I knew I'd be stuck dealing with that on top of my already dangerous work.
Sir Devious never seems to get thrown off by anything as far as I can tell. I'm sure his job is equally demanding and rewarding, but I think I like traveling around too much to consider being stuck in the same castle almost all the time.
