Idris has always been alert , and observant since a young child. He loved watching his father do things in the shop and is careful of the environment around him. Idris is capable in the sense that he does the tasks he is assigned with dutifully and effeciently .

After becoming a Honedge, however, Idris became more closed off and confidential . More often than not, he will not speak about himself or his past and keeps a reserved distance between those who choose to converse with him, almost to a fault. Despite that he is incredibly proud and stubborn when he wants to be. Because of this, Idris continues to have a hard time cultivating relationships beyond being coworkers. People often call him noncommittal since he's only delved into superficial relationships.

Idris's lack of relationships have lead him down an asocial path, but working with Shining Justice gives him some practice. He is has grown to be quite blunt when he talks, despite being a sharp sword, he would rather not mince his words. Idris is critical and irritable . He often looks at a person's weakness and sometimes points them out to in that blunt fashion of his, ergo most of his previous coworkers called him extremley conceited .

Idris was, like many young torchics, born to two lovely parents in a small village off the way of Sepsuthus in the Desert Region. They were fairly well off, good with money and health. Idris was raised diligently and he was set to take over the family practice and become a blacksmith himself. The family made swords and taught the art of fighting with the weapons. At a young age, Idris would tag along with his father in the shop. While there he would tinker around with the tools and metals, familiarizing himself with everything. He would spend more time in the shop rather than playing with the kids around the small village, ergo he didn't make many friends.

By the time Idris reached age 11, he had the habit of going home straight after schooling, however a boy around his age decided to befriend him. Idris, annoyed, did his best to shake the "pest" off but soon came to realize the other wouldn't leave him alone. Idris begrudingly started talking with him and they quickly became friends near immpossible to seperate. As they grew older the two started to kindle a more special type of relationship. After finishing the last days of school, Idris had planned to propose to his partner. When the two wed at age 22, they started a small smith shop to work alongside Idris's father. Needless to say, he was living his life happy and well, even evolving to a Blaziken as a passage of rite.

Idris would often travel to different cities selling his weaponry. this continued for many years. On one fateful day, Idris came home to a mess. His belongings stolen and... and his partner... dead. Idris's world came crashing down in that instant, he couldn't think of anything else but revenge.

✦ EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN ✦

Idris had been trained to look closely at all things around him since a young age, so he set to gathering clues. Through his search, he found his the perpetrators to be part of a crime syndicate dealing stolen goods. Idris's shop was a target for their precious metals. His partner had gotten caught in the tussle and ultimately met his fate. Feuled by rage, Idris began to search for the man in charge. He set his sights on deuling him to death. A life for a life.

When Idris found the man, he set the terms. The both of them would deul one versus one. Idris thought the terms fair, his opponent had other plans. Idris was ambushed while preparing for the fight and the impromptu battle left him in tatters. The man who had inadvertently murdered his partner now stood above him, holding a golden scimitar. The two exchanged heated words, yet Idris knew his fate was already sealed. Idris closed his eyes to meet his end.

Many many years later, Idris awoke in an uknown island, looking around he was in some overgrown tombs of sorts, now reborn as the scimitar he had been slain with. His soul was trapped as a Honedge in some cruel and twisted fate. Idris could not remember if the man he sought to kill suffered the same fate. It all seemed a tad pointless now.

Ater several days of exploring the tombs, Idris came upon a group of treasure hunters. They were raiding the loot in this area and offered to take him in. Idris agreed at the prospect, knowing he could not return to his old life. There would be too much guilt and pain connected to it.

A few years later, Idris decided to part from his band, seeking more self reflection and a change of pace. While his group weren't engaging in criminal activity, Idris began to feel uneasy about raiding dungeons just for loot. During his time alone, he heard the excited whispers of a new global organization opening their doors in Kala island, but he never paid much attention to it. Not until a group of misfit bounty hunters entered the tavern he frequented. A drunken Sableye and Zangoose struck up a conversation with him and it piqued his interest. He was getting quite lonely and the nomadic nature of the group was also a plus.

The next day, Idris made his way to Kala island with the bounty hunter group known as Shining Justice to register as their team member.
