Julia is a sniper for hire, working for almost anyone. She enjoys spending her money on booze and fine company, but she's careful. For reasons she doesn't divulge, she's a high-priority target of the Frumentarii, Caesar's spies. She's nearly been caught by them multiple times, and despite how intensely she's hunted, there is no bounty on her head. For some reason, Caesar wants her back alive - a tall order when she blows the head off of any Legion she sees. She doesn't work with the NCR, either, out of a general distrust toward them.
She approves of an independent New Vegas or a House-run New Vegas. Anything but Legion or NCR...
