ER has no idea who Manny is.
Might read some of ER's blog posts when he first figures out about Dylan's DID. Might also post questions in some DID forums and have ER answer.
Dylan has no special feelings for Manny, but keeps him around because he's the only constant left from his old life. Manny also reminds him of the frustration that no one else from their childhood decided to stick around, so Dylan takes a lot of his anger out on him.
As Manny starts to learn more about him through Lyla, Dylan feels extremely uncomfortable, almost violated. At the same time, he needs Manny in order to learn about himself (though he doesn't always want to), and depends on Manny to bail him out when his secrets might be threatened. This is also when he finally starts recognizing Manny as an individual rather than a relic of his past.
Manny has secretly been pining for Dylan since middle school, though he hasn't always had a name for these feelings. Although he was treated very poorly by him, Manny felt a sense of importance from being the one person who stuck around.
No one in Symphony's system really knows who ER is, with the exception of K who has seen them now & again online and has had maybe one or two forgettable conversations. When ER sends them a large sum of money, no one can figure out why and begin questioning their memory gaps. Symphony and N both message ER with desperate questions.
After seeing K's blog, ER System sees Symphony System as a young version on themselves. Wanting to do a good deed, they donate a generous sum of money to K, and later do their best to be a role model for K & co during their questioning.
Zyariana is one of Symphony's only friends, and her best friend. Unlike all of the friends and acquaintances N made in the past, Zyariana is her friend first and foremost. While Symphony is initially a little nervous around Zyariana's aggressive socialization, she quickly finds in her a confidant with shared struggles. She becomes an immense support.
Symphony and she are best friends! While Zyariana has made a few friends, they tend to view her with varying shades of embarrassment. Symphony is the one she feels most comfortable with, and is able to confide in. She loves being able to support Symphony back.
Sidekick to Justin Time. Marmalad used to be a huge fan. Now he HATES his employer, largely due to the lack of respect in their relationship. Nevertheless, he's grateful for the opportunities to do heroism and respects Justin's set up. He's also a little worried about his health (though that worry only lasts so long until Justin does something to annoy him again).
Justin employs Marmalad, mainly to make him sandwiches. I mean, it's not like Marmalad is /important/. Nope. Nada. He also definitely doesn't harbour any affection, romantic or otherwise, for the other. Nope.
Andrea's twin sister. Annie loves her sister dearly but is aware of her attempts to manipulate her into returning home. Each time it hurts; she doesn't understand how Andrea can't support her choices, and each tug makes her miss the things she ad to sacrifice. (Annie is also a liiiittle jealous of how Andrea is married and she still hasn't even dated.)
Annie's twin sister. Andrea feels a bit of distance between them and feels betrayed by Annie for leaving. She wants Annie to come home and support her and the family again.
Chuck's little sister. She LOVES him!!!! He's so cool.
Older brother of Courtney. Chuck loves her and thinks she's really extra.
Chuck's little brother. Chuck annoys him but he really looks up to him, even if he'd never admit it.
Big brother of Christopher. Chuck loves him and thinks he's a huge insecure nerd.
Twin. She adores teasing him, thinks he's an easy target (especially with the Bieber hair). Thinks he basically does whatever is popular and will help him fit in.
Twin. He kind of hates her, and loathes meeting Courtney's friends or letting anyone know they're even related. Thinks Courtney's new nickname is super cringey.
Bandmate, classmate. Does not consider Mickey a friend
Bandmate, classmate, friend
Nate looks up to Jael more than anyone in the world. This admiration borders worship, and bleeds into a severe inferiority complex.
Jael is exhuasted with her younger sister Natalie. She's aware of Natalie's inferiority complex and just wishes she'd step out of her shadow and start living her own life...and maybe give Jael the space to live her's.
Herodion is not a fan of Males. He seems slimy, mangy, and predatory, not nearly nice enough for the young woman he finds himself in charge of. He only begins respecting Males once he recognizes true love and devotion in his actions rather than shallow attempts for attention. Once he sees potential, Herodion takes a more guidance-oriented role.
Males thinks Herodion is intimidating as hell, a scary obstacle he needs to avoid if he wishes to get any time with Kharis. He also somewhat respects him, and over time sees him as one of few male role models he has.
Resenth doesn't have many strong feelings for her older brother, but if she had to decide she'd say he disgusts her. They share a deeper bond than she realizes.
Patten practically raised Resenth after their parents separated. Taking care of his little sister originally felt like an empowering responsibility, but eventually became a burden. He burnt out eventually, but always tied some of his worth and purpose to protecting her. As life worsened, Resenth became his sole motivation to keep living.
Friend, is in open relationship with. Resenth always unconsciously feels second to her.
Friend, is in open relationship with. Elizabeth sees her as an accessory that makes her seem more interesting.
Lexius finds her lusus utterly incompetent, overly controlling, and absolutely babying. How can he be flawed and yet so self absorbed?
Lexius is his sweet, precious, wonderful bundle of joy. He will go to the ends of the earth to protect her, killing if necessary. He will also: supervise (and heavily interfere with) all her hunts, monitor her play, and insist on reading all of her bad novels. To keep her safe, of course.
She has many flaws, but he finds them all very cute. Especially how she has so many flaws but somehow manages to be completely self absorbed. Simply adorable.
Fusion material. Jewel doesn't really mind becoming Flourite, although she finds her behavior a bit embarrassing in hindsight.
Fusion between Heliotrope and Jewel.
Fusion material. She enjoys the initial confidence that comes with becoming Flourite, but being with Jewel so intimately for so long causes her to become nauseous and upset. She tends to feel under the weather after unfusing if their fusion isn't short.
Fusion between Heliotrope and Jewel.
Sulfur finds Flourite extremely unpleasant and tries not to be around when she is fused. He thinks she is the worst parts of Jewel and Heliotrope put together.
Flourite is desperate for Sulfur's attention, as she is with anyone she meets.
Heliotrope can work with Jewel pretty well, but...is actually rather uncomfortable with her. Heliotrope feels uneasy with many things Jewel has embraced, and due to some past experiences Heliotrope becomes a bit unstable after extended interactions with her. Their occasional times fused have only made this worse.
Jewel is able to work with Heliotrope well enough, but personally finds Heliotrope to be a bit of a doormat and rather dull. She finds her eagerness and childishness annoying, and while she trusts Heliotrope more than most, she does not respect her.
Heliotrope is aware of Sulfur's dangerous side, but is mostly amused by his antics and feels like the rapport they have keeps him managably safe. She enjoys joking with him and bonding over shared interests. They get along well.
Sulfur kind of pretends he doesn't like Heliotrope, but actually is pretty fond of her. He likes talking to her about human memes and TV shows, which Jewel just doesn't try to understand. They get along well.
Sulfur sees Jewel as a sort of 'older sister'. He thinks she's fun to be around, but is often uncomfortable with her hyper-feminine ways. Nevertheless, he has a deep bond with her and cares about her very much.
Jewel thinks of Sulfur as her sort of 'kid brother'. She finds him fun to be around, even if he's kind of embarrassing and cringey. Nevertheless, she has a deep bond with him and will defend him and his principals to the death if need be.
Heliotrope finds Black Opal very cuddly!!! She also thinks they're kind of funny.
Black Opal finds Heliotrope exhausting and bothersome, and wishes she wouldn't draw so much attention or be so eager to interact.
