Guy is the son of Mateo's older sister. Since his sister tends to be a workaholic, Mateo ended up babysitting Guy a lot throughout his childhood. Despite being his uncle, Mateo's role in Guy's life fluctuates between a close friend and a father figure--especially after the separation of Guy's mom and dad. Mateo tends to always dote on his favorite little nephew, even now that he's all grown up! Seems Guy was quite fond of the beard too and grew out his own...

"Miss Elianne... Thank you, but please, not in front of my friends...."

"The human that Cammy likes... I'm not sure what his intentions are, but I don't intend to let my guard down... But... Maybe if he is as nice as Cammy says...?"

I don't know much about this orange fairy, but the concern they have for their friend is just enough driving force to get the group to help the two fairies out.
"This one appears much kinder than the other stone one. Looking upon the two, I wonder what force it is that allows them to live like they were fleshy creatures..."
This orange fairy persuaded the idiot to take on a sidequest to save their pink fairy companion. Wasting our time.
"This one wears a deep scowl... He and the other have skin and wings that look made out of solid stone. Can he even fly with his heavy wings like Cammy and I?"
This fairy keeps staring at the flower on my hat. Maybe it's familiar to them. The flower does originate from a Fairy Village.
"This one wears a flower like many fairies do! Rare plants that grow in the village are only given to those that are friends of the fairies. How did this one get such a flower?"
This is the pixie that made us save the pink one. Thanks a lot for sticking that onto us.
"This one looks like a smaller version of the one lacking brains. She seems smarter, but doesn't seem to know that we're NOT pixies."
That's Cammy's friend, but they're not so friendly to us. I may be big, but I'm far from scary. I'm like a bear but shaved. Or waxed. And I don't have claws.
"This one seems to have more body than brain... But he agreed to help find Cammy. I'm grateful."
Orange fairy is shy! I don't know them!
"Cammy says this one patches up the others when they're hurt. Cammy knows a little healing magic too."
Another limited palette pixie. Also lacking a good use of values and just muddies together into an orange glob. Up close, the details in the slightly transparent wings can be seen, but that's an example of "more doesn't equal better."
"A lot of those in the village pride themselves on the colors of their wings. This one has many colors and seems very vain... Cammy said she can change the colors of two of her companions to be 'better'... I wonder if she could do the same for me...?"
"Elliot's an apex predator... Keep an eye on this one."
"He thinks I'm some sort of predator.. which is honestly adorable. I wouldn't mind eating him up! After making him dinner of course~ I'm no heathen."

I offered under the table to pay for all their hotdogs. Deli couldn't accept MY kindness. That's incorrect. I had to explain to him just how much profit could be lost just over a few hotdogs. He zoned out. But he left the register open, so I slipped in a 5 and we left. He was still dazed."
"Krav was my first boyfriend and my best friend. He was pretty lame as a bf, but I'm glad he's still hanging around with me. He should probably cool it with his simping before he gets really hurt. But he knows self-defense, so maybe he's fine...?"
